El problema que resuelve

The proposal is approved and work starts, but project tasks are created by hand. The concept is copied, the project is looked up, the reference is typed and someone is assigned. In that move, which line created which task is lost and the project stops matching what was sold.

Tasks are created by hand and the link to the line is lost. You cannot tell which task matches which proposal concept.
Each line can go to a different project and gets assigned wrong. Work charged to the wrong project and hours that do not add up.
The task reference is typed by hand. Duplicates, numbering gaps and time spent fixing them.

If the line already says what must be done, the task should not start by copying it.
