OfflinePropal is a Dolibarr module with a progressive web application (PWA) that can be installed on smartphones and tablets. Your sales representatives can prepare quotes on-site with customers, generate a PDF immediately, and then sync with Dolibarr as soon as a connection is available.

Conflict detection

When viewing a pre-proposal in Dolibarr, the module automatically detects:

• Price changed: the catalog price has changed since the field capture
• Product deleted: the product no longer exists in the catalog
• Product withdrawn from sale: the product is no longer available for sale

These alerts allow you to validate or adjust the pre-proposal before converting it to an official proposal.

Technical requirements

• PHP 7.4 or higher
• HTTPS required (mandatory for PWAs)
• Modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Installation

1. Install the module via the Dolibarr module manager
2. Activate the module in Setup > Modules
3. Configure user permissions
4. Access the PWA URL from your field devices
5. Install the application on the home screen
