DOCBACKUP is a module that generates backup files of the entire "document" directory.
This module does not modify the Dolibarr Core and operates independently.
Display
DOCBACKUP JOB:
- Checks if the scheduled job is present.
- If absent, it creates it.
- If archived, it restores it.
- Displays the next execution.
- Displays the execution frequency.
- Displays the backup file path "-.zip".
Settings
Settings allow you to define:
- The number of days to retain backups (retention).
- The possibility to define the minimum number of backups to keep, even if they exceed the retention period (number of backups).
- Exclusion of empty directories: if enabled, folders containing no files will not be added to the ZIP (lighter backup).
- Exclusion of the /documents/admin directory: if enabled, this directory and its subdirectories will not be included in the ZIP.
- A manual backup button.
- A list of available backups.
