LabQC Pro – Laboratory Quality Control Management for Dolibarr

LabQC Pro is a professional quality control management module for Dolibarr, designed to manage product specifications, laboratory testing, batch inspections, analytical results, quality decisions, approvals and controlled reporting.

The module is suitable for laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, incoming goods inspection, production quality control and pre-shipment inspections.

Quality Control Workflow

LabQC Pro supports structured quality control throughout the inspection and analytical testing process.

Batch Inspection and Sampling Information

New in version 1.1.1

LabQC Pro allows users to document inspection quantities and sampling information directly in the QC Test record.

Available fields:

• Batch Quantity: Total number of parts in the inspected batch.

• Quantity Inspected: Actual number of parts inspected, which may be smaller than the batch quantity.

• AQL Value: Manually entered Acceptable Quality Limit value.

• Third-Party Reference: Supplier order, customer order or another external reference.

• Inspection Type: Incoming inspection, pre-shipment inspection or another inspection type.

These fields are optional and can be edited while the QC test is open.

Changes are recorded in the Audit Trail. After finalization, the inspection information is locked.

Inspection details are automatically included in the generated CoA and OOS PDF reports.

Important: The AQL field is informational. LabQC Pro does not automatically calculate ISO 2859 sampling plans, sample sizes or AQL acceptance/rejection decisions.

QC Specifications

Create product-specific analytical specifications with defined methods, parameters, acceptance criteria, measurement units and mandatory testing requirements.

Each specification includes a reference, version, status and associated product.

QC Tests and Automatic Evaluation

Create QC tests associated with existing Dolibarr product batches/lots.

Record analytical results and automatically evaluate them against the selected specification.

PASS: Analytical results satisfy the applicable acceptance criteria.

FAIL / OOS: One or more required analytical results are outside specification.

Mandatory results must be completed before finalization.

Approval and Result Locking

LabQC Pro supports separate permissions for Laboratory Analysts and QC Managers.

Laboratory Analysts can record and update results while tests remain open.

Authorized QC Managers can review, approve and finalize tests.

Once finalized, analytical results and inspection information become read-only through the normal application workflow.

Certificates of Analysis and OOS Reports

Generate professional PDF documents for finalized QC tests.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA): For finalized PASS tests.

OOS / QC Test Report: For finalized FAIL tests.

Reports include product and batch identification, inspection quantities, AQL information, analytical results, individual verdicts, final QC decision and approval traceability.

Audit Trail

LabQC Pro maintains an audit history covering test creation, analytical result updates, inspection information changes, status recalculations and finalization.

Audit entries record the responsible user, timestamp, action, previous value, new value and explanatory information where applicable.

Optional Integrations

BatchSafe Pro: Synchronizes laboratory quality decisions with batch/lot quality status while preserving existing manual quality restrictions where applicable.

CAPA & Deviation Manager: Supports creation of linked deviations from finalized FAIL/OOS tests, with relevant QC information transferred for investigation.

Both integrations are optional.

Functional verification of the current release was performed on Dolibarr 24.0.0. Not all earlier supported versions and hosting combinations have been retested.
