  Detailed description Advanced InfraS project management brings numerous improvements to Dolibarr's basic functions:
 
  • An improved project summary table (overview):
    • Display of provisional profit => Total signed quotes - (total supplier orders + total supplier invoices not linked to an order + total desired cost types + total supplier invoice overruns) (optional display)
    • Display of the balance to be paid for supplier orders
    • Display of the balance to be invoiced for signed quotes
    • Display of stock consumption
    • Ability to hide empty detail tables (optional display)
  • Addition of company stock items to the project (Stock consumption).
  • Integration of stock consumption costs into the project (site) cost.
  • Possible link between stock consumption and users (e.g.: withdrawal of PPE, tools, etc.).
  • Analysis possible by month, by consumer (user) of costs.
  • Allocation of supplier invoice lines to different projects/sites.
  • Addition of supplier invoice lines to the list of project expenses.
