Requisitos

  • Dolibarr 18.0 o superior, PHP 8.0 o superior
Proton Mail no ofrece acceso IMAP directo.

2.0.6 -- 2026-10-20

  • Stop showing on the "All" bubble an unread count that did not match its list
  • Open the webmail in a dedicated window, without the Dolibarr menus
  • Install the webmail as an application from Chrome or Edge
  • Stop sending the global auto-copy address two copies of each mail sent from webmail or API
  • Let administrators manage global filters from their own filters page
  • Require the delete right to delete mail from the webmail and its API
  • Link a conversation only on the mails you may see, never on a colleague's private ones
  • Keep a colleague's private mail and its attachments out of reach by direct link or action
  • Update or retag from a mail only the thirdparty that mail is linked to
  • Ask for the contact and project rights when a thirdparty is created with them
  • Link a mail automatically only from the webmail itself, never from a link planted elsewhere
  • Fetch on demand only the mailboxes you may read, the scheduled job still fetches them all
  • Archive and flag spam again from the keyboard and the toolbar buttons of the webmail
  • Undo puts a mail back only in a folder of its own mailbox, and resyncs its read state
  • Count in the unread and tag badges only the mails you can actually open
  • Delete from the webmail only the reminders it created, never another agenda event
  • Refuse to unlink a mail without the thirdparty right, and to link it to no thirdparty
  • Unlink a whole conversation at once, and file its unfiled mails when one is recognised
  • Record each mail sent from the webmail once, and never file a failed send as sent
  • Keep the email.eml of every reply, and forward with attachments from the mobile app too
  • Fill in the same template variables from the mobile app as from the webmail
  • Find a recipient by first and last name from the mobile app, and match typed % and _ as is
  • Keep both of two attachments with the same name, and lift the size cap when it is set to 0
  • Scroll a search with the same mails as its first page, and hide excluded senders in the app
  • Apply the default bank account and the automatic project setting when creating a thirdparty
  • Keep each mail's contact when a conversation is filed, and file its project along
  • Never wipe or garble a thirdparty field from the mobile app, and search thirdparties literally
  • Suggest in the mobile app the thirdparty a mail was sent to, as the webmail does
  • Show attachments whose name merely contains "eml", such as Gemlo-devis.pdf
  • Create contacts from a mail as active, and set them on the rest of the conversation
  • Star, flag or tag a selection as a whole, each mail once, and say which mails were refused
  • Unarchive back to the inbox folder, and refuse a snooze date that does not read as a date
  • Forward a mail with its attachments, without marking it as replied
  • Stop sending the attachments of an abandoned message with the next one
  • Say why an attachment is refused, and accept names such as com.pdf
  • Offer Undo after archiving or flagging spam from the toolbar buttons too
  • Make the Reactivate button of a snoozed mail work, and reactivate a whole selection
  • Keep the markers set on the mail card after the next fetch
  • Send the read state to the mail server when a mail is ignored
  • Show the original date in the quoted text of a reply
  • Leave snoozed mails out of the All and Unread counters
  • Show the permission labels and the search options in French
  • Rename the Trash bubble to Spam, which is what it always showed
  • Reply and forward from the mail card again: the body was sent empty
  • Show a failed mailbox in the scheduled job result instead of a silent success
  • Save your Capmail preferences even when Dolibarr renews the security token on each page
  • Keep each detection pattern of a template on its own line when you edit it again
  • Read a customer's mail as conversations on their card, with a summary and linked objects
  • Reply in a few words under the mail you are reading, without opening the full form
  • Follow the whole thread under the mail, numbered, with each change of subject flagged
  • Spot each sender at a glance in the list, with initials and the first line of the mail
  • Keep the everyday actions in front in the toolbar, the rest in a More menu
  • See the linked customer and the mail's objects first, the actions folded until needed
  • Warn when a sender could not be authenticated, louder when the mail asks to change a RIB
  • Recognize the Dolibarr references a mail cites, open them and attach the mail in one click
  • See what a linked customer owes, or his open tickets and prepaid time for a technician
  • Select mails by clicking their initials, which turn into a check mark
  • Paste an address, a name or a phone in the Link tab: the matching thirdparty is proposed
  • Install a lighter module: 1.7 MB instead of 3.1 MB
  • Click the "Inconnu" badge of a mail to list every mail without thirdparty
  • File one mail of a conversation on its own when the thread drifts to another customer
  • Attach files to a reply, not only to a new mail
  • Insert a quote, order or invoice in a mail, with its lines, its PDF and the signing link
  • List only the documents of your own customers when your rights stop there
  • Add a mailbox with its address and password: servers detected, company domains preset
  • Colour the mails that matter in the list: a key customer, an alert, a recurring subject
  • See who of the team read a shared mail, and assign it to a colleague
  • Write a mail now and have it leave later: tomorrow morning, Monday, or a chosen date
  • Connect a Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox through OAuth, without any password
  • Use the same TinyMCE editor everywhere, with no editor loaded from a third-party site
  • Use Capmail in German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese
  • Read the sender, subject and field labels in your language instead of English or a wrong word
  • Reach every toolbar button, mail fetch included, even when the mail list column is narrow
  • Run on Dolibarr 24
  • See how many mails a filter test matched, and the names behind each filter action
  • Get a thirdparty update proposal only for real changes, not for the same value respelled
  • Pick the thirdparty, project, user or template of a filter in a list instead of typing its id
  • Install without the PHP IMAP extension: Capmail speaks IMAP by itself
  • Refuse activation with a clear message when iconv, mbstring or a module table is missing
  • Load the new look right after an update, without clearing the browser cache
  • Block a second click on a slow form, so nothing gets created twice
  • Show your own flag labels in the tooltips of the mail card
  • Show the real hour a mail is snoozed until
  • Explain in a tooltip what each status bubble counts
  • Name the missing required field when a form is refused
  • Accept emojis in filter names and values
  • Pick a filter's thirdparty, project, user or template in a list instead of typing its id
  • Keep the column resizers and the list collapse handle discreet
  • Sort incoming mail on its own: rules on sender, subject, body, headers or attachments
  • A rule can mark, star, tag, snooze, archive, move, flag as spam or delete a mail
  • A rule can link the mail to a thirdparty or a project
  • A rule can create a ticket, a thirdparty or a project from the mail
  • A rule can reply from a template, forward to an address or notify a Dolibarr user
  • Try a rule before saving it: the dry run lists the mails it would have caught
  • Observation mode runs a rule without changing anything, to watch it before arming it
  • Replay the rules on mail already received, from maintenance or from a rule's card
  • Apply the rules to a selection of mails straight from the leads list
  • Duplicate a rule to start a variant from it
  • Each user manages the rules of their own mailboxes from the "My filters" tab
  • Attach a mail to a project, proposal, order, invoice or ticket, with its attachments
  • A reply to a mail sent by Dolibarr attaches itself to the object it answers
  • The email template selector works again when sending a mail
  • The reply editor really offers the robot sender option, with a translated colour palette
  • The extraction templates tab is renamed so it stops being mistaken for the filters
  • The mass action selector is back on the thirdparty mail tab
  • Dates of the last run of a rule and of the dry run results are displayed again
  • Searching for a term with an apostrophe or a wildcard no longer breaks or widens the query
  • The API reply, template and tag routes enforce the mailbox read boundary
  • Sending a mail requires a send grant whatever the From address chosen
  • Mass delete has its own permission and only ever touches readable mailboxes
  • The mail card, the thirdparty tab and the collect action require the module read right
  • Thirdparty and contact ids are checked before a mail is filed under them
  • Mailbox fetches and folder repairs are scoped to their entity and their mailbox
  • An open redirect, a referer bypass and mail header injections are closed
  • A rule-created ticket stores a sanitized copy of the mail body
  • Sent mail is stored from its real body, apostrophes are no longer doubled
  • A mail carrying a UUencoded part no longer breaks the inline images of the preview
  • A mail moved to another folder from another mail client loses its stale folder link
  • Keep read and flag states right after a move, matched on the UID of the right folder
  • A connection failure keeps the folder links and the read state instead of wiping them
  • An oversized mail is skipped with a log instead of taking the cron down
  • Missing classes in the library or in the rule engine no longer break a fetch
  • Conversations are rebuilt along the whole References chain
  • The quick search works again and filters no longer stick to the session
  • Tag colours are kept and injected urls stay out of the markup
  • Nameless or duplicate attachments get a usable file name
  • Attachment lists are sorted ascending
  • Each imported mail is committed on its own, a crash no longer loses the batch
  • A failed attachment copy is no longer counted as a success when creating a project
  • Linking a mail to a second thirdparty no longer links the mail to itself
  • A supplier payment reference no longer attaches a mail to an unrelated proposal
  • The template test tab matches the fields the engine really reads
  • The storage migration page speaks French
  • The release zip no longer ships development dependencies
