Installation and compatibility

Focus 1.0.0 is an external module layered on the native Eldy theme. Upload the ZIP through Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy an external module, enable Focus and reload. No core files are modified. Test on a copy of your environment first.

Supported scope: Dolibarr 23 and 24, PHP 8.2. Tested on Dolibarr 23.0.3 and 24.0.0, PHP 8.2.33 and MariaDB 10.11. The interface and guide are available in French and English. A modern browser is required. Other PHP versions have not yet been validated.

What stays in Dolibarr

Creating and editing records opens native forms with their normal validation. Native screens retain their structure; wide tables may still scroll horizontally on phones. The palette searches navigation destinations, not all records. No offline mode or changes to PDFs and emails. Focus is for internal users; external accounts, public portals and TakePOS are outside its scope. Other themes, third-party modules replacing menus or changing permissions, and the commercial MultiCompany module require specific validation.

One-time purchase, with no mandatory subscription or per-user surcharge. For 365 days after purchase: access to published updates and downloads, email support in French or English, and handling of reproducible Focus defects on supported versions. Installation, configuration and getting-started assistance includes a total of 30 minutes of email assistance. Handling Focus defects does not count towards those 30 minutes.

Support covers one production installation and its associated test environment. This service scope does not restrict rights granted by the GPL. Target first response: two business days, without a guaranteed resolution time. Remote installation, server administration, Dolibarr upgrades, custom development, third-party extension audits and phone support are excluded. Compatibility with future major releases is not promised.

After the included period, the downloaded version remains usable under GPL-3.0-or-later, with source code provided. No external subscription is required. For support, include your order reference, Dolibarr/PHP/Focus versions and reproduction steps with anonymised data.
