DoliLink for EInvoicing

The community EInvoicing module drives French e-invoices from the Dolibarr back office only. DoliLink for EInvoicing adds the same actions to the Dolibarr REST API, so the DoliLink mobile app can show the e-invoice status of every customer invoice and generate, send and sync it on the go.

What it adds:
- GET dolilinkeinvoicingapi/invoices/{id}: e-invoice status (generated, sent, deposited, issued, received, paid...), flow id and the actions currently possible.
- POST .../generate, .../send, .../sync: the very actions of the buttons of the invoice card of EInvoicing.
- GET dolilinkeinvoicingapi/thirdparties/{id}/einvoicing: is the customer in the scope of e-invoicing (France), of e-reporting (private individual) or out of it (abroad), same rule as EInvoicing.
- GET/PUT dolilinkeinvoicingapi/thirdparties/{id}/routing: e-invoicing address (routing ID) of a customer, which EInvoicing keeps outside the third party (the third parties API does not show it).

What it does not do: it does not modify EInvoicing, adds no table, no menu, no setting. The setup and the Access Point stay in EInvoicing. Tested with SuperPDP (generate, send, sync) and in generation-only mode. Files generated this way were also accepted by B2Brouter (sandbox, manual upload). Esalink uses the same EInvoicing functions but has not been tested yet.

Security: at least the rights of the invoice card buttons (reading needs the right to read invoices; generating, sending and syncing are kept to internal users with the matching rights of Dolibarr and EInvoicing). The access rules of Dolibarr apply (entity, sales representative). The API answers only while the module is enabled.

Requirements: Dolibarr 23 or later, API REST module, EInvoicing module set up. The setup page checks all of them and advises the production mode of the API REST.
