Workflow

Draft → Impact Assessment → Risk Assessment → Pending Approval → Approved → Implementation → Effectiveness Check → Closed

A change can only be closed after an Effective Effectiveness Check.

Auditability

Important workflow actions are automatically recorded in the Audit Trail, including the user, date/time, object, event details and previous/new values where applicable.

PDF reporting

Generate a complete Change Control dossier containing general information, Impact Assessment, Risk Assessment, Approval History, Implementation actions, Effectiveness Check and Audit Trail.
