Proxima Reports

ProximaReports adds 7 advanced reports to Dolibarr, with rich filters, comparison against previous periods and data export.

Requirements

• Dolibarr ERP & CRM 16.0 or higher (tested up to 24).
• PHP 7.4 or higher.
• Related Dolibarr modules: Products, Third parties, Suppliers, Stock and Projects/Tasks depending on the report.

Installation and activation

1. Unpack the module into the `custom/` folder of your Dolibarr installation so it ends up at `htdocs/custom/proximareports` (or upload the ZIP from Home → Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy an external module).
2. Go to Home → Setup → Modules/Applications, search for ProximaReports (publisher ProximaTIC) and enable it.
3. Grant the desired permissions in Users & Groups → Permissions → ProximaReports.
4. A new Reports entry appears in the top menu with the 7 reports.

Permissions

Each report has its own permission (7 in total), so you can grant access only to the reports each user needs.

Administrators always have access.

Filters and comparison

• Dates with granularity: day, week, month, quarter or year.
• Comparison with previous periods (1 to 5), with absolute differences and percentages per line and on totals. The variation is shown as a percentage badge (▲/▼) next to each value; hover it to see the absolute difference and the values of both periods.
• Advanced filters: product category, product, type, customer, customer category, commercial agent, price level...
• "Zombie" options: products/customers/suppliers with no movement in the period but with history.
• Exclusions: zero-price lines and negative quantities (returns).
• Monthly breakdown of the period.

Included reports

• Sales by product: Quantity, total and average unit price sold per product.
• Sales by customer: Sales aggregated by customer.
• Purchases by product: Purchases aggregated by product.
• Purchases by supplier: Purchases aggregated by supplier.
• Stock / lots: Products and lots in stock with detail.
• Products to ship: Quantities ordered, shipped and remaining.
• Traceability: Traceability of products and lots (direct/manufactured sales, derived lots).

Data export

Every report includes an Export to Excel button that downloads a `.xlsx` file with the current results.

The export is generated server-side with the PhpSpreadsheet library bundled with Dolibarr; it does not require any other module.

• Available in 9 languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Basque and Galician.
• Multi-company / multi-entity compatible.
• Prepared for the Dolibarr 16 → 24 version range.
