More info...

Stop losing emails. Take full control of Dolibarr's outgoing mail.
MailHub intercepts every email Dolibarr sends and routes it through the best connector you configured — with logging, an automatic rescue connection, an asynchronous queue, multi-channel alerts and a complete diagnostic center. It runs on any hosting, including shared hosting where SMTP ports are often blocked.

  • 14 connectors, one module — Universal SMTP with ready-made presets (Gmail, Outlook 365, OVH, IONOS, o2switch…), PHP mail() last-resort, OAuth2 (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 — no port, no password stored), HTTPS APIs (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Postmark, SparkPost, Elastic Email, SMTP2GO, ZeptoMail).
  • Reliability built in — sender/context-based routing, automatic fallback, non-blocking asynchronous queue with safe concurrency and retry backoff, auto-disable of a failing connection with alert.
  • Full visibility — email logs with search, preview, single & bulk resend, CSV / JSON / XLSX / XML export, auto-purge with configurable retention.
  • Diagnostic center — one-click checks (connectivity, TLS, credentials, configuration) with exportable report.
  • Security & privacy — encrypted secrets at rest, granular per-user permissions, sensitive-context emails never queued in clear, sender addresses protected. Independently security-audited.
  • International — 10 languages included.

What's new 3.4.1

  • Security update (full audit, no critical or high issues):
  • Stronger CSRF protection on all sensitive actions,
  • Sensitive-context emails never queued in clear,
  • Reinforced protection on the rescue sending channel,
  • Better multi-company isolation,
  • Hardened import safeguards.
