Secretariat is a Dolibarr module that digitizes the daily work of a secretariat / front office.

Main features:

  • Separate incoming and outgoing mail registers, with automatic chronological numbering (e.g. COUR-2026-0001).
  • Type-aware mail forms: mail reference, mail date, arrival/departure date, sender/recipient, transmission mode, number of items, subject.
  • Multiple attachments (images, PDF) with pop-up preview and gallery.
  • Configurable validation workflow for incoming mail: custom steps, timestamped history, validate/reject with comment, permission-restricted.
  • Visitor register: check-in, arrival/departure time, ID document number and ID photos (front/back).
  • Optional agenda event link for follow-up.
  • Excel & PDF export per register, with PDF preview, respecting active filters.
  • Fine-grained permissions (read, write, delete, validate).

Multilingual interface: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese.
