Invoice the margin to the supplier of the product during an order.
The module allows you to invoice the margin to the supplier of the product during an order (there will be only one supplier on the orders).
The calculation of the invoice to the supplier of the product = total margin excluding tax - global discount.

• The “Margin Invoicing” module for Dolibarr lets you turn, in one click, the profit margin made on a customer order into a dedicated invoice (commission, kickback, agent fee, etc.), making it ideal for brokerage, intermediation or subcontracted sales companies.

• On the customer order, Dolibarr calculates for each line the selling price, cost price, unit and total margin as well as margin and mark-up rates; the module adds at the bottom of the order the excl. tax amount before discount and the commission amount corresponding to the total margin, together with a new “Create margin invoice” button.

• When the user clicks this button, a window opens to select the third party who will receive the margin invoice; after confirmation, the module automatically generates a customer invoice whose net amount is equal to the calculated margin/commission, with a single product or service line and a margin block showing 100% margin.

• Key features include: displaying the commission amount directly on the customer order, an action button “Create margin invoice”, choosing the paying third party at creation time, automatic generation of a dedicated margin invoice, and full traceability between the original order and the margin invoice.

• Main use cases include: sales agencies and brokers invoicing their commission to a supplier, intermediation companies re-invoicing their margin to a sister company or partner, and reseller networks automatically calculating the commission due to business introducers.

Installation

• Download the module archive (.zip) from DoliStore.com
• Go to "Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy an external module" and submit the zip
• The module or theme is then available and can be activated
