DoliQonto ist eine vollständige Integration zwischen Qonto und Dolibarr.

Authentifizierung und Einrichtung Unterstützt API-Schlüssel (Klassisch) und OAuth 2.0. Bankkonten werden automatisch per IBAN oder manuell über die Einrichtungsseite verknüpft.

Transaktionssynchronisierung Transaktionen werden von Qonto importiert und lokal gespeichert. Ein stündlicher Cron-Job hält sie aktuell. Der automatische Abgleich verbindet importierte Transaktionen mit vorhandenen Dolibarr-Bankzeilen anhand von Betrag und Datum.

Zahlungszuordnung Die intelligente Rechnungszuordnung schlägt Kunden- oder Lieferantenrechnungen nach Namensähnlichkeit, Betrag und Fälligkeitsdatum sortiert vor. Ein manuelles Suchformular erlaubt die Suche nach beliebigen Rechnungen. MwSt-Erklärungen werden automatisch erkannt und verknüpft, wenn der Betrag übereinstimmt. Für rechnungslose Zahlungen (Spesenabrechnungen, Sozialabgaben) ermöglicht eine manuelle Bankzeilen-Suche das Auffinden beliebiger Dolibarr-Buchungen ohne Betrags- oder Datumsbeschränkung. Zahlungsarten (Überweisung, Lastschrift, Karte, Scheck) werden automatisch aus dem Qonto-Transaktionstyp ermittelt.

Monatliche Kontoabstimmung Die Abstimmungsseite listet verfügbare monatliche Qonto-Kontoauszüge. Pro Zeitraum sind Anzahl der abgeglichenen Transaktionen, bereits zugewiesene Bankzeilen und der Download-Status des offiziellen Qonto-PDFs ersichtlich. Per Klick werden alle abgeglichenen Bankzeilen dem richtigen Kontoauszug zugewiesen; ein weiterer Klick lädt das offizielle Qonto-PDF direkt in das Dolibarr-Kontoauszugsverzeichnis herunter.

Anhang-Synchronisierung Anhänge können von Qonto nach Dolibarr heruntergeladen und von Dolibarr nach Qonto hochgeladen werden.

Empfang von Lieferantenrechnungen (eingehendes E-Invoicing) Lieferantenrechnungen werden aus Qonto als Dolibarr-Entwürfe importiert, mit Geschäftspartner-Auflösung/-Anlage, Fremdwährungsunterstützung und Dublettenkorrelation. Eine Prüfungsseite erlaubt Annehmen, Ablehnen (mit Begründung), Aktualisieren oder Zusammenführen von Dubletten; eine Zuordnungsseite Bezeichnung → Geschäftspartner hilft dem automatischen Abgleich.

Automatisierung Konfigurierbare Cron-Jobs halten Transaktionen, Anhänge und Lieferantenrechnungen aktuell. Optionale Qonto-Webhooks liefern Aktualisierungen nahezu in Echtzeit. Ein eigener Automation-Reiter verwaltet Crons, Webhooks und Abgleichseinstellungen.
