  Detailed description Advanced InfraS workflow management brings numerous improvements to Dolibarr's core features:
 
Automatic creation of deposits when a sales proposal is signed.
Automatic association of deposits created from a quote to the final invoice.
Generation of an invoice statement with the InfraSPlus_FR template (PDF document containing the deposit invoices, the final invoice, and payment status) upon validation of a final invoice (requires the external InfraSPackPlus module).
Automation of customer document status changes (invoices, quotes) based on payments made.
Centralized management of extra fields, including:
  • Exhaustive list of extra fields sorted by module (active) on the same tab.
  • Cloning functions for extra fields between modules (e.g., quote to order or invoice).
  • Confirmation messages for create, clone, edit, and delete actions.
  • Simultaneous actions (create, clone, edit, and delete) according to propagation chains.
  • Compatibility test function for Dolibarr v20+ (migration preparation).
  • "Trash" mode => replaces deletion of the field by deactivation.
  • Compatibility test for extra fields in the same propagation chain during updates.
Suggestion for cleaning/fixing orphans (missing attribute column or missing row in llx_extrafield table)
Suggestions for cleaning attributes related to disabled or removed external modules
Simple displays of attributes related to disabled internal modules.
