What the module does : 

  • Quotes: allows you to view validated quotes (download PDF)
  • Orders: allows you to view validated orders (download PDF)
  • Invoices: allows you to view validated invoices (download PDF)
  • Shipments: view shipments (download PDF)
  • Tickets: allows your customers to create and view their tickets
  • Account: allows the user to generate a new password in the event of loss or forgetfulness
Customer Portal : By coupling Customer portal with the  Agefodd, this opens up an external access to trainees and trainers : thanks to a personal space, they can consult the training calendar on which they are registered, and download the corresponding documents (assignment letters, attendance sheets, certificates...) 

New (V1.41): Multi-company compatibility! It is now possible to match a domain name with an entity. So you can have for each entity a different portal corresponding to the colors of the entity and configured according to the latter.

Please note : the online signature of the attendance sheets by trainees and trainers with Customer Portal is available from the version 1.35 of the module.
