Prerequisites:

• Dolibarr min version: 3.7
• Dolibarr max version: 3.7+

Install:

• Download the archive file of module (.zip file) from web site DoliStore.com
• Put the file into the root directory of Dolibarr.
• Uncompress the zip file, for example with command

unzip modulefile.zip

• Module or skin is then available and can be activated.

The module Expenses+ offers an advanced management of expenses and trip notes. It allows the creation, payment and export of trip notes. It integrates several predefined types of expenses and is fully customizable.

The module Expenses+ allows to create and manage expenses and trip notes, performs payments of these notes, etc.…

It includes a list of predefined expenses (restaurant, flight, taxi, ...) and allows to compute travel fees based on the vehicule power and the number of kilometers.

The module is fully customizable. New type of expense can be added. 

The modules comes with full documentation and can be tested on http://www.mika-carl.fr/dev (login : ndfp, mot de passe : demo)

Features

• Uses user rights (creation/modification/validation of notes, email, etc.)
• Each predefined expense can be modified and deleted. New type of expenses can be added. Each type of expense is linked to a VAT rate.
• A PDF of the note can be generated. This PDF can also be sent by email.
• Automatic computation of travel fees based on vehicule power and number of kilometers.
• Statistics by user and client.
• Export of the notes using the export tool of Dolibarr.
• The module is linked to the bank module of Dolibarr. It is possible to create payments of the notes which are inserted in the bank module database.
