SmartInterventions - Interventions sur smartphone, double signature et parc d'équipements 2.0.86 (V18 - V23)

Sus técnicos rellenan su informe en su propio móvil, firman con el cliente allí mismo, y el PDF sale sin que nadie tenga que volver a teclear nada en la oficina.

SmartInterventions amplía las fichas de intervención nativas de Dolibarr con una aplicación móvil instalable, dos firmas manuscritas, la gestión de un parque de equipos y un editor visual de maquetación PDF.

La aplicación móvil

Una aplicación web progresiva (PWA), instalable en la pantalla de inicio de Android y iOS, limitada estrictamente a las intervenciones asignadas al técnico conectado. Sin límite en el número de técnicos: basta con una cuenta de usuario de Dolibarr.

• Lista de las intervenciones del día, vista de calendario mensual y búsqueda.
• Dirección de la intervención con su punto GPS y enlace directo a la aplicación de navegación.
• Teléfono del cliente pulsable.
• Informe escrito con el teclado o dictado con el asistente de voz del teléfono.
• Fotos tomadas desde la propia aplicación, con anotación: coloque un marcador en un punto exacto para señalar qué se ha sustituido.
• Modo sin conexión: el técnico sincroniza antes de perder cobertura, trabaja sin conexión y vuelve a sincronizar al regresar.
• Borradores guardados automáticamente: un informe a medio rellenar sobrevive a un corte de red o a una recarga.
• Modo oscuro, escala de la interfaz y tres interfaces distintas según el dispositivo (teléfono, tableta, escritorio).

Dos firmas, in situ

• Firma del técnico y firma del cliente, separadas, recogidas en el teléfono o la tableta al terminar la intervención.
• Almacenadas por separado y representadas una al lado de la otra en todas las plantillas PDF incluidas.
• Queda disponible un modo complementario de firma en línea tras la validación, para cuando el cliente no está presente: enlace enviado por correo, o el módulo UptoSign para una firma electrónica cualificada.

Parque de equipos

• Emplazamientos, equipos y controles periódicos, cada uno con sus coordenadas GPS.
• Plancha de códigos QR imprimible para identificar cada unidad in situ: el técnico escanea y llega a la ficha correcta.
• Habilitaciones: vincule cada técnico a las familias de equipos que tiene derecho a controlar.
• Importación masiva desde un archivo CSV, con anulación del lote si algo va mal.

Consumibles y existencias

• Desde el teléfono, el técnico consulta el subconjunto del catálogo que usted ha elegido y añade las piezas colocadas.
• Números de serie, números de lote, fechas de caducidad y garantías se siguen línea por línea.
• Al pasar al estado terminado, las existencias se descuentan automáticamente, del almacén del técnico o del almacén por defecto.
• Presupuesto in situ: proponga líneas al cliente y genere la propuesta comercial desde el terreno.

Documentos PDF

• Tres plantillas PDF incluidas (ficha, dossier completo, recorrido de parque) y dos plantillas ODT, más un editor visual de maquetación por arrastrar y soltar: compone sus informes sin escribir una línea de código.
• Portada, fondos personalizables, fotos incorporadas y anexos PDF fusionados en el archivo final.

Formularios dinámicos por oficio

Un oficio no se programa, se importa. Cargue un esquema JSON y el módulo obtiene de él tanto el formulario que se rellena en el teléfono como la maquetación del PDF: lista de comprobación de seguridad contra incendios, levantamiento técnico, formulario de tipo CERFA, peritaje de siniestro. Añadir un campo de negocio significa editar el esquema, no desarrollar una pantalla.

Para quién

• Cualquier empresa que envíe técnicos al terreno: mantenimiento, seguridad contra incendios, ascensores, fotovoltaica, tratamientos, peritaje.
• Equipos que quieren dejar de teclear todo dos veces, una en papel y otra en Dolibarr.

Requisitos

• Dolibarr 18.0 o superior (probado y soportado hasta la 23).
• PHP 7.4 o superior.
• Módulos de Dolibarr: Terceros, Intervenciones, Productos, Servicios, Tareas programadas, Facturación, ECM.
• El módulo SmartAuth, gratuito, que sostiene la autenticación de la aplicación móvil.
• Un host virtual dedicado es necesario para publicar la parte móvil, en un servidor Apache. Si no puede crear uno, póngase en contacto con nosotros: un proxy frontal cumple la misma función.

Instalación

• Inicio, Configuración, Módulos, Desplegar un módulo externo, y envíe el zip.
• El módulo queda entonces disponible y se puede activar.
