🎯 Module Overview

MBI Asso Plus brings the whole life of a French non-profit into Dolibarr: the membership form signed and paid online, the area where members help themselves, general meetings from the convocation to the minutes, tax receipts for individuals and companies, valued volunteering, grants and the year's activity report.

Where Dolibarr keeps a membership register and collects subscriptions, the module adds what an association needs day to day and what French regulations require of it. Every domain is a switch: on installation the module behaves like a plain association, and you only enable what you actually use.

🧭 Benefits

• The association's whole life inside Dolibarr, with no second piece of software and no double entry: your existing file and your memberships paid on HelloAsso are imported into it.
• Your members help themselves: renewal and online payment, contact details, tax receipts, event registration, volunteering hours, replies to convocations and proxies — that many fewer requests for the office to handle.
• French obligations met without a spreadsheet: numbered tax receipts, the annual declaration of donations, the €153,000 thresholds watched, the three-month deadline to declare a change of officers, a legal guardian for minor members, data subjects' GDPR rights.
• A general meeting run from end to end, with results frozen once proclaimed, a register of decisions available at any time and the year's activity report ready to present.
• A module that stays light: everything is optional, a plain association enables nothing beyond membership, and the "First steps" page records what is left to set up.

⚙️ Features

Membership and subscriptions

• Public membership form fully configurable per member type: sections you can enable, rename and reorder by drag and drop, shown or hidden fields, mandatory fields, custom labels — all without touching the code, with electronic signature of the form.
• Online payment: SystemPay / PayZen / Lyra, or Stripe, PayPal and Paybox through the Dolibarr payment page; the subscription records itself upon payment, invoice included.
• Pricing at a flat fee, or computed from a field of the record — headcount, a figure, age — by brackets or pro rata, with stackable discounts, sponsorship, and a discount for the second and third member of a household.
• Minor members: a recorded legal guardian, who signs the form and gives the consents; member types reserved for an age bracket.
• Reminders and steering: subscription call, reminder of expired memberships, automatic termination, a dashboard of memberships and income against your target.

The member's online area

• No account, no password: the member receives a personal link, exchanged for a session on first use. There they renew and pay their membership, correct their contact details, find their documents and tax receipts, manage their consents, obtain a copy of their data, register for events, declare their volunteering hours, register another member of their household and reply to general meeting convocations, proxy included. The association can open a members' directory there.

Statutory life

• General meetings from end to end: agenda, convocation on a recorded list of convened members, completed with late memberships until the meeting and then frozen, reply and proxy given online by the member, attendance, capped proxies, quorum calculation, votes computed on ballots cast, sealing of results, attendance sheet and minutes as PDF, then a register of proclaimed decisions.
• Register of officers: composition of the board and the executive committee, current and past terms, linked to the resolution that carried the election, an alert on terms taken up or ended that have not been declared beyond three months, and the safeguards of the loi de 1901 for a minor officer. The list prints in a plain version for banks and funders, or a detailed one for the authorities.
• The year's activity report, on screen and as PDF: members and subscriptions, meetings, resolutions and officers, volunteering, events, donations and grants, brought together for the general meeting.

Donations and tax receipts

• Tax receipts for individuals (Cerfa 11580) and companies (Cerfa 16216): sequential numbering without gaps and never reassigned, identity and amount frozen at issuance, "duplicate" watermark from the second printing onwards, traced cancellation restricted to administrators; batch issuance, annual summary receipt, sending by email and filing in the member's area.
• Annual statement of donations: the total amount and the number of receipts to declare each year, aggregated from your register, with the breakdown by article of the tax code and by form of donation, the series of numbers used, a reminder of donations still awaiting a receipt and of the declaration deadline (article 222 bis du CGI).
• €153,000 thresholds: tax-deductible donations and public grants of the year, compared with the threshold beyond which the association must draw up annual accounts, appoint a statutory auditor and publish its accounts.
• In-kind donations and waived expenses, with a mileage scale and fundraising campaigns: a payment can be split across several campaigns, the unallocated share is recomputed, and pledges stay distinct from collected sums.

Volunteering, grants, events

• Volunteering: missions and assignments, timesheets validated by the association, valuation by kind of activity using rates reviewed once a year, a certificate of commitment handed to the volunteer, and the list of volunteers who may claim the civic engagement account (compte d'engagement citoyen), for the officer who certifies their hours.
• Statement of in-kind voluntary contributions: valued volunteering and in-kind donations brought together for the year, in the form expected at the foot of the income statement.
• Grants: files and funders, amount requested and amount granted side by side, a payment schedule carrying both the plan and the outcome, expected reports, and deadlines carried into the Dolibarr agenda.
• Events: member registrations alongside the native event organisation module, with a member price, guests and attendance recording.

Register, GDPR and data import

• Members map: each member placed where they live, the marker showing where their subscription stands; only the address goes to the geocoding service, and the member can object to appearing on it.
• GDPR compliance: versioned privacy notices, timestamped consents, retention periods and scheduled purge, a pre-filled register of processing activities to review, handling of access, erasure and objection requests.
• Data import: import templates with your installation's columns — members and module fields, subscriptions, legal guardians, households — for the Dolibarr import wizard, and the import of memberships paid on HelloAsso, with no duplicates on re-import.
• For federations and professional organisations: exchanges and visits at members' premises, signed visit report, mandates held in outside bodies, contacts of corporate members, professional branch and headcount history, certificates of in-kind voluntary contributions.
• Settings à la carte: seventeen switches grouped into four families, ready-made field packs, six scheduled tasks shipped disabled, a "First steps" page that records the actual state of the setup, bulk downloads of the members' documents, and several associations in the same Dolibarr.

✅ Compatibility

• Dolibarr: 19 to 23
• A module designed to blend into the standard Dolibarr interface, building on its Members, Third parties, Invoices and Banks modules, and on Projects, Agenda and Donations when they are enabled
• Available in French, English, Spanish, Italian and German
• PHP 8.1 or higher (depending on the Dolibarr version in use)
• License activated from the Activation tab with the order reference received on purchase — the module stays closed until it is — and outbound HTTPS access from the server to activation.mb-informatique.com, used at most once a day

🔧 Installation

1. Copy the module folder into: /htdocs/custom/
2. Go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications
3. Enable MBI Asso Plus
4. Click the module's cog wheel: the Activation tab opens; enter there the order reference received on purchase
5. Configure the module options from the other tabs of its administration page

After each deactivation of the module — including the deactivation and reactivation required after an update —, enter the order reference again in the Activation tab: deactivation releases the license.

📄 Terms of Use

Article 1 — Publisher. The MBI Asso Plus module is published by MB Informatique, a limited liability company registered with the Mulhouse Trade and Companies Register under number 834 342 362 (SIRET 834 342 362 00029, intra-Community VAT FR07834342362), whose registered office is located at 120 rue de l'Île Napoléon, 68170 Rixheim, France. Telephone: 03 67 262 242 — Email: info@mb-informatique.fr — Website: https://www.mb-informatique.fr.

Article 2 — Purpose and acceptance. These Terms of Use (ToU) govern the use of the MBI Asso Plus module ("the Module") for Dolibarr ERP/CRM as well as the associated services provided by MB Informatique SARL (support, updates and licence activation). Installing, activating or using the Module constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these ToU. They apply in addition to the terms of sale of the platform through which the Module was acquired (e.g. DoliStore), which govern the purchase itself.

Article 3 — Code licence. The source code of the Module is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later (GPL v3+), the full text of which is provided in the COPYING file delivered with the Module. These ToU do not restrict the rights granted to the User by that licence; they govern the services provided by MB Informatique SARL and the conditions of use of the Module.

Article 4 — Prerequisites and compatibility. The Module is designed for the environments stated in its documentation (Dolibarr 19 to 23, PHP 8.1+). Its operation is not guaranteed outside those versions, in the event of a modification of the Dolibarr core, or in the presence of conflicting third-party modules. It is the User's responsibility to verify the compatibility of their environment before installation.

Article 5 — User obligations. The User undertakes to: (a) perform a full backup (files and database) before any installation or update; (b) test the Module on a test environment before going live where possible; (c) use the Module in accordance with its documentation and applicable regulations; (d) keep their Dolibarr instance under normal conditions of security and updating.

Article 6 — Support and updates. Support is provided by email at info@mb-informatique.fr, under the conditions and for the duration possibly specified at the time of purchase. Excluded from support are: malfunctions caused by a modification of the Module or of the Dolibarr core by the User or a third party, by an environment not meeting the prerequisites, or by a conflict with a third-party module. Some updates may require a more recent version of Dolibarr.

Article 7 — Warranties. The Module is provided "as is", in accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the GPL licence and within the limits permitted by law. MB Informatique SARL does not warrant that the Module is free of defects, operates without interruption or meets any particular need of the User. Applicable mandatory legal warranties are not affected by this article.

Article 8 — Liability. Within the limits permitted by law, MB Informatique SARL may not be held liable for indirect damages (in particular loss of data, loss of business, loss of turnover, damage to reputation), nor for damages resulting from: use of the Module not in accordance with its documentation; the absence of a prior backup; a modification of the Module by the User or a third party; an event of force majeure. For professional Users, the total liability of MB Informatique SARL, on all grounds combined, is limited to the amount actually paid for the Module over the last twelve (12) months. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 — Personal data. The Module operates within the User's Dolibarr instance: the data it processes remain stored on the User's systems, and the User remains the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. To check its licence, the Module connects to MB Informatique SARL's activation service (activation.mb-informatique.com): when the order reference is entered, when a configuration screen is opened, at most once a day, and when the Module is disabled. It sends it the order reference, the licence, a technical identifier of the instance and the product designation; the Activation tab also reads there the number of the latest published version. As with any connection, the server's IP address appears in the service's technical logs. This information is used solely to manage the licence; no member, donor or volunteer data is sent to MB Informatique SARL. The other outgoing connections the Module may establish are those of the services the User configures themselves — in particular the online payment platform — for which the User remains responsible and which it is for them to enter in their record of processing activities. Data the User sends to MB Informatique SARL on their own initiative, in particular when requesting support, is processed solely in order to answer them and retained for as long as necessary for that purpose. The User may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) by writing to info@mb-informatique.fr.

Article 10 — Intellectual property and trademarks. "Dolibarr" is a trademark belonging to its respective holders. The Module is an independent development by MB Informatique SARL, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the Dolibarr association. The copyright notices appearing in the Module's files must not be removed, in accordance with the GPL licence.

Article 11 — Duration and changes. These ToU apply from the first use of the Module and throughout the duration of its use. MB Informatique SARL may amend the ToU for future versions of the Module; the applicable version is the one delivered with the version of the Module in use. Termination of the services does not affect the rights granted by the GPL licence.

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes. These ToU are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute with a professional User falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the registered office of MB Informatique SARL. Consumer Users retain the benefit of mandatory rules of jurisdiction and may make free use of the consumer mediation scheme, in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; the identity and contact details of the mediator appointed by MB Informatique SARL are stated on https://www.mb-informatique.fr and communicated on request at info@mb-informatique.fr.

Article 13 — Miscellaneous. If any provision hereof is declared void or unenforceable, the others retain their full validity. These ToU are drafted in French; in the event of a discrepancy between the French version and a translation, the French version prevails.

👨 💻 Changelog

UPDATE 2.6.0 (2026-10-15)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• ⚠️ Action required: then enter the order reference received by e-mail on purchase in the "Activation" tab of the module's setup, which its gear in the module list opens. Without a validated license, the module stays closed. Any deactivation releases the license: the reference must then be entered again.
• New: license activation. The order reference is entered once for the whole installation, and the license is checked at most once a day with the publisher's activation service, when the module's administration screens are opened. Without a license, its working and settings screens, its documents and its scheduled jobs stay closed, with a button to the "Activation" tab; the membership form, the online signature, payment, the member area, the "Personal data" and "Consents" tabs, the processing register and the GDPR purge stay open.
• Improved: "First steps" tells whether the license is validated, never entered, released by a deactivation or failing its check, and lists entering it after the re-activation in what remains to do.
• Improved: the installation and configuration guides describe activation, from purchase to troubleshooting, and articles 2 and 9 of the terms of use take it into account.
• Improved: the membership form checks the postal code against your association's country: five digits in France, its overseas departments and territories and Monaco, elsewhere two to ten letters, digits, spaces or hyphens. The field is no longer numeric, which clipped its display, and the country forced by the MEMBER_NEWFORM_FORCECOUNTRYCODE option is now saved on the record.
• Improved: a meeting's reference follows its type: AG for general meetings, ordinary or extraordinary, CA for the board of directors, BU for the executive committee, CM for commissions. References already assigned do not change.
• Improved: the personal data notice of the membership form and of the signature page gives the retention period in years or months ("3 years") instead of days.
• Improved: in French, German, Spanish and Italian, the officers' register, its PDF, the activity report and the "Civic engagement (CEC)" tab make the role agree with the member's gender (for instance Présidente, Vorsitzende, Tesoriera) as long as the label is the one shipped with the module; a label you changed is shown as is.
• Improved: the "Email" field of the membership form is wide enough for an ordinary address.
• Fixed: dates written in full on tax receipts, certificates, expense waiver statements, meeting documents and the activity report no longer have a leading zero ("March 5, 2026", not "March 05, 2026").
• Fixed: the French texts no longer guess the article before your association's name, which gave "l'Horizons Partagés" or "la Club de tennis": they are written to do without it.
• Fixed: the personal data notice of the membership form and of the signature page showed the association's name with HTML entities ("Partagés").
• Fixed: at installation, four roles of the officers' register (assistant treasurer, assistant secretary, committee member, board member) were seeded in French whatever the language, for lack of a translation.
• Fixed: the exchanges list stayed empty without the "Company / member organisation" field pack.
• Fixed: the events and grants lists sat, shrunken, next to their pagination.
• Fixed: on tax receipts, the last line of a justified paragraph stretched across the full width.
• Fixed: the map's "Show all members" button was clipped.
• Fixed: the note of the "Import data" page showed the separator encoded when it is "&" or a quotation mark.

UPDATE 2.5.1 (2026-10-14)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• Improved: the sponsorship, mandate, collaborator and in-kind contribution screens are translated into the five languages; they still showed about a hundred labels in French.
• Improved: the add, edit and delete buttons of the "Sponsorship", "Mandates", "Collaborators", "Interactions", "Visits" and "In-kind contributions" tabs follow the user's permissions: greyed out or hidden when the action would be refused.
• Improved: debugging traces are no longer written to the browser console, public membership form included.
• Security: recording or editing an interaction, and editing a visit report, require the permission to create members; an account that could only read them was able to record some.
• Security: the CSV exports of sponsorships and mandates require the module's export permission, like its other exports.
• Fixed: a tax receipt is no longer issued when a statement about your organisation is missing — name, SIREN or RNA number, address, country, purpose, and on company receipts the category of the organisation and its details. The reason names what is missing and "First steps" flags it in red; until now the receipt came out numbered, with "Mandatory statement not filled in".
• Fixed: with the Donations module option "Use the address of an existing thirdparty as the address of the donor", an individual got no receipt for lack of a name: the module now reads the name and address from the third party's record, also in the campaign and in-kind donation lists and in the contributions statement.
• Fixed: when your organisation has no e-mail address, the header sent to the geocoding service carried the module publisher's address; it now names only the software.
• Fixed: an apostrophe typed in an interaction was saved preceded by a backslash.
• Fixed: the "Prices", "Form configuration" and "Discount" tabs of a member type are no longer shown to users without the permission to configure the module: they led to "Access denied".
• Fixed: the status filter of the sponsorship list swapped "Not used" and "Awaiting use", and its total counted the rows of the page.
• Fixed: a member's "Contributions" tab wrote two errors to the browser console at each display.

UPDATE 2.5.0 (2026-10-13)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: the subscription can also be paid through the Dolibarr payment page, with Stripe, PayPal or Paybox. The "Règlement en ligne" payment method ships disabled; once enabled, the signed form prepares a draft invoice for the computed amount, which the member pays on the Dolibarr page. The settled invoice creates the subscription, validates the member and sends the confirmation emails; a payment entered by hand on that invoice also creates the subscription, without email. Payment only opens when the modules, the bank account and the credentials of each active provider are in place.
• New: the "Stripe, PayPal, Paybox" setup tab states, read-only, what the Dolibarr payment page still lacks and lists the last twenty requests; "First steps" reports it too.
• New: minor members. A minor's form asks for their legal guardian, required by default, whose email becomes the record's; the guardian signs the form. The "Legal representatives" tab of the member record shows and edits them. Under 15, consents are given by the guardian (loi Informatique et Libertés, article 45).
• New: age in pricing and member types. A bracket grid can follow age, counted on the day of the form or by year of birth; a type can carry a minimum and a maximum age, and both the form and the renewal refuse an age outside them.
• New: households ("Households" switch). The records of one family are linked; with advanced pricing, the second and third members registered in the year receive the discount set in the Settings. A "Register another household member" button is offered after signing and in the online area ("My household" block); "Household" tab on the member record.
• New: the register of officers applies article 2 bis de la loi du 1er juillet 1901 to a minor officer: under 16, the date of the prior written consent of their legal guardian is required; at 16 or 17, informing their guardians is recalled until it is dated, with an "Informed today" button.
• New: the €153,000 thresholds. The grants list and the annual statement of donations compare with the threshold the year's public grants (funders of type "Governmental") and the tax-deductible donations, with the obligations that follow when it is exceeded. The Association life home page warns at 80% of the threshold and recalls, from January to May, the declaration of article 222 bis du CGI.
• New: the "Civic engagement (CEC)" tab of Volunteering lists, for a year, the volunteers who may claim the civic engagement account (compte d'engagement citoyen), with their hours, for the officer who certifies them; CSV export.
• New: a general meeting convocation carries a personal link. There the member announces their attendance or absence, or gives a proxy to another convened member, until the day before the meeting; the proxy is entered on the attendance sheet. Convocations show the replies and their count, and the online area a "My meetings" block.
• New: the year's activity report, on screen and as PDF, from the Association life home page: members and subscriptions, meetings, resolutions and officers, volunteering, events, donations and grants.
• New: the "Import data" page. CSV templates with your installation's columns for the Dolibarr import wizard — members and module fields, subscriptions, and two module profiles, legal guardians and households —, recomputing the membership end date after a subscription import, and importing memberships paid on HelloAsso.
• Improved: SystemPay and the Dolibarr payment page set a subscription's period by a single rule. The payment certificate and the subscription label carry the membership year of the form, which no longer depends on the renewal delay; certificates already produced keep their name.
• Improved: the field a type's price depends on is always asked by the form, even hidden or placed in a disabled section, and the bracket detail is displayed formatted.
• Improved: the register of processing activities declares the Dolibarr payment provider and the legal guardians of minors. The module never rewrites an existing register: on an updated installation, only the provider is added; complete the « Gestion des adhésions et fichier des membres » and « Paiement en ligne de la cotisation par carte bancaire » entries yourself.
• Improved: the dictionary of payment methods explains its "description" column, shown to the member, and its "banque" column, the reference of the Dolibarr account, never shown.
• Improved: the module presentation (README) describes all its features and announces seventeen switches.
• Fixed: a member who had signed their form, their subscription not yet recorded, was offered to join again; the online area now tells them on which date their form was signed.
• Fixed: a form could record a €0 subscription when the field the price depends on was hidden by the form configuration.
• Fixed: the public form displayed the bank account reference ("Annuel - BANQUE") with the description of the payment method.
• Fixed: with SMTP sending, the certificate attached to the confirmation email could go out empty, looked for under another year than that of the file produced.
• Fixed: the label of a subscription paid by SystemPay was saved with HTML entities ("Adhésion").
• Fixed: five messages of the payment pages existed in no language: the member read the name of the key.
• Fixed: the signature page displayed the document name encoded twice ("Bulletin d'adhésion").
• Fixed: editing a term in the register of officers, for a mere note, reopened an ended term at today's date and erased its declaration; after a refusal, the entry was lost.
• Fixed: attendance and the proxy cap could still be changed once the meeting was held or cancelled, and a backward proxy chain was accepted. The attendance sheet now prints "Proxy to" in the principal's box.
• Fixed: deleting a member type left its form configuration, its bracket grid and its discounts in the database.
• Fixed: validating a member without a third party wrote an orphan line in the third parties' fields, and terminating them an SQL error in the log.
• Fixed: on renewal of a member who already has their third party, the public form emitted two PHP warnings; the "form already filled" message named the member by an empty company name.
• Fixed: the birth date calendar of the form stopped at age 15.
• Fixed: the texts of the renewal delay setting say what the module does: the delay counts after the end of the last subscription, and does not change the price.

UPDATE 2.4.0 (2026-10-08)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: the module issues the companies' tax receipt, form 2041-MEC-SD (Cerfa 16216*01, article 238 bis du CGI). A donation that carries a company name, or is linked to a company's third party, gets it automatically; the SIREN number, whose check digit is verified, and the legal form are entered or confirmed at issuance, then frozen on the receipt. A legal entity's donation is no longer refused. The category of the organisation, mandatory on this form, is set in the "Documents" tab of the setup; it is deduced from the individuals' receipt category when that one has an equivalent.
• New: a receipt can be emailed to the donor, one at a time or in a batch for a year, with the delivered email template, which you can edit. The confirmation says who the receipt goes to; a sending counts as a printing, and the next copy carries the DUPLICATE mention.
• New: a receipt linked to a member can be downloaded from the "My documents" page of their online space. The treasurer makes the link, at issuance or from the register, helped by a suggestion when the donor looks like a member; it is never automatic.
• New: the receipts of a year's ready donations can be issued in a batch, from the oldest to the most recent, with the values each donation's form proposes. The confirmation names the donations that stay pending, with their reason.
• New: the annual receipt groups under a single number a donor's cash payments over the year: same third party, otherwise same last name, first name and postcode. The date is replaced by « cumul 2026 », as the French tax doctrine allows (BOI-IR-RICI-250-40, § 100); every payment method used is ticked, and the payments are detailed in an appendix.
• Improved: after the retention period you set, the personal data purge also neutralises the SIREN, the sending email address and the member link copied onto the receipt. The receipt, its number and its amount stay intact.
• Improved: the record of processing activities laid down at installation cites, for donations, article 238 bis du CGI and the SIREN of donor companies. The module never rewrites an existing record: on an updated installation, complete the « Dons, dons en nature et reçus fiscaux » entry yourself.
• Fixed: on a receipt, a payment method with no box on the form was printed in English ("Direct Debit" for a direct debit).
• Fixed: the module presentation (README) describes the list of convened members as the module manages it: recorded, completed with late memberships until the meeting, then frozen.

UPDATE 2.3.1 (2026-10-08)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: the SystemPay tab gives the end-of-payment notification address to copy into the back office, and the path to set it there. A member who closes the page too early is no longer charged without their membership fee being recorded.
• Improved: a member who comes back to the site after this notification now reads a confirmation of their payment, instead of "This payment has already been recorded".
• Security: cancelling a tax receipt asks for a confirmation and a reason, kept with the receipt and shown in the list. A booby-trapped link can no longer make an administrator cancel a receipt.
• Security: a feature that is switched off also closes its pages, which were still reachable by their address — including the public CVN declaration.
• Security: the yearly member export requires the module's export permission, like the other exports.
• Security: the SystemPay private key and HMAC key are no longer displayed in clear in the settings.
• Security: entering a membership fee, editing a member card and the third-party and contact lists receive Dolibarr's security headers again: the module wrote its scripts before them.
• Fixed: the public membership form could be impossible to submit: it required mandatory fields placed in a disabled section, which the member could not see.
• Fixed: native fields marked mandatory in the form configuration — gender, date of birth, phone numbers, email, photo, note — are now checked.
• Fixed: the date of birth on the public form was pre-filled with today's date, which was saved instead of the real one. The field is now empty, as are the mandate dates.
• Fixed: on a MySQL 8 or recent MariaDB server, in strict mode by default, adding an interaction failed.
• Fixed: the membership fee confirmation email was sent for every fee, box ticked or not, and twice after an online payment.
• Fixed: a sealed agenda item can no longer be deleted, nor can a meeting that carries a sealed decision. Deleting an item asks for confirmation.
• Fixed: deleting a meeting always failed on a technical error. It now succeeds, and removes its convened members.
• Fixed: once the meeting has been held, the list of convened members is frozen: the quorum, the attendance sheet and the minutes depend on it.
• Fixed: in multi-company mode, the member area of a second association showed the settings and data of the first.
• Fixed: the "full" alert of an event finally shows in the member area.

UPDATE 2.3.0 (2026-10-08)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: an "Association life" menu in Dolibarr's top bar, right after "Members", with its handshake icon. It opens the same section as the left menu under "Members", which stays in place: same screens, same permissions, same entries depending on the features switched on.
• Fixed: the module presentation (README) announces sixteen switches and six scheduled tasks, and the path to the modules menu as Dolibarr displays it in Spanish, Italian and German.

UPDATE 2.2.2 (2026-10-07)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• Fix: the "Revenue" panel of the members dashboard stayed empty: Dolibarr's CSRF protection refused every one of its requests. It now shows, from a single request refreshed every thirty seconds, in the user's language and the installation's currency — and only to users allowed to read invoices: until now it showed the year's revenue to anyone who could see the dashboard.
• Fix: the panel now counts only validated invoices, like Dolibarr's turnover; it also added up drafts and abandoned invoices.
• Fix: "Last month" pointed, in January, to December of the current year, and to the current month on some 31st days.
• Fix: the installation's currency replaces the hard-coded "€" in the revenue target, in the interactions CSV exports and on the interactions page.
• Fix: the interactions page and its two exports suggested a mileage allowance frozen at 0.631 per kilometre. They now use the one from the "Documents" tab, "Tax receipts" section — the same as for volunteers' receipts — and leave the field empty as long as it is not set there.
• Fix: the obstacles to and failures of personal data erasure are shown in the user's language; they were in French.
• Fix: the SystemPay / PayZen back-office paths were checked against Lyra's documentation: "Tiendas" in Spanish; in Italian and German, the English path is given as well.

UPDATE 2.2.1 (2026-10-07)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• Improvement: scheduled task reports now speak the installation's language all the way through. The three sending tasks reported their real runs in English ("Found 3 expired member(s). Send email successfully to 3 member(s)."), and the export, purge and geocoding tasks gave their errors in French, whatever the language: thirty-eight messages and labels, now translated into all five languages. The event that automatic termination writes to the member's agenda also follows the installation's language.
• Fix: the members CSV export wrote twelve fields per line for eleven headers: one extra empty field, without a header, on every line.
• Fix: saving the "Map" tab of the module setup, for any setting, froze the default tile server address and points ceiling there; a default changed by a future version would no longer have reached you. Both fields stay empty until you change them, with the default shown greyed out.
• Fix: in the "Documents" tab, the mileage allowance and the volunteering valuation hourly rate showed "€" whatever the currency of the installation. They now show yours.
• Fix: in English, a note of the purge report cited the "RGPD" instead of the "GDPR".

UPDATE 2.2.0 (2026-10-07)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: a member can object to appearing on the map. The map rests on the organisation's legitimate interest, and the law gives everyone the right to object to it: the organisation records it from the "Map position" tab of the member record, or the member does it themselves from the "My personal data" page of their space. Their position is deleted, even one placed by hand, and their address is never sent to the geocoding service again — neither by the "Geolocate now" button nor by the nightly task, which rereads the objection just before each request.
• New: lifting an objection is reserved for users allowed to configure the module, and is done only at the person's request. Every action taken from the record is written to the member's agenda, with its date and author.
• Improvement: members who objected are no longer presented as overdue work. They have their own line on the geocoding screen, the map no longer counts them among those still to be placed, their record's tab no longer carries a "!", and the geocoding task's simulation reports them separately.
• Improvement: the maximum number of points shown on the map can finally be set, in the "Map" tab of the module setup, from 100 to 50,000. It was announced as adjustable and could be adjusted nowhere. The map no longer loads the whole member file before discarding the end of it, and the overflow message says where to raise the ceiling.
• Fix: the record of processing activities said to honour an objection "by deleting the position from the map". No such action existed, and it would not have held: the nightly task would have sent the address to the service again on its next run. The record installed with the module now describes what the module really does.
• Fix: the file handed over on a right-of-access request stated that the address had been sent to no service whenever no sending was recorded. But the module only keeps the last one: a position placed by hand after a geocoding erased its trace. The file now says that no sending is recorded, and why.
• Fix: the identification sent to the geocoding service announced the module version as of its last activation, not that of the files actually installed, which are the ones sending the requests.
• Fix: the module's messages name menus and tabs as Dolibarr displays them. Several pointed to screens that cannot be found: "Extra fields" under Setup, a menu that does not exist; the "Features" tab for the mileage rate, which is set in "Documents"; and, in Italian and German, menus called "Configurazione" or "Konfiguration" where Dolibarr displays "Impostazioni" and "Einstellungen".
• Fix: both manuals counted fifteen switches instead of sixteen and five scheduled tasks instead of six, ignored two tabs of the module setup, and named the settings tab differently from the screen. They now also describe the objection to the map and the points ceiling, in all five languages.
• Fix: scheduled task reports showed "%2$s" instead of some numbers, simulations included: thirty sentences, among them the geocoding and GDPR purge summaries. The numbers now appear, in all five languages.
• Fix: the "First steps" screen announced five automatic tasks above a list showing six. It now counts them all, and says what the sixth one does: send members' addresses to the geocoding service.
• Fix: the installation manual only mentioned Dolibarr's upload ceiling. There is a second one, PHP's, often set to 2 MB as well and which only the host can raise: the manual says so, and says what to do.
• Fix: the list of third-party components stated that the module calls no external service apart from SystemPay. It now names the three it may call, when, and what is sent to them.
• Compatibility: updating from each previous version — except 1.9.0, which was never frozen — ends up exactly with the schema of a fresh installation: 45 tables, 540 columns, 120 indexes. The check now also looks at what would be in excess, not only at what would be missing.

UPDATE 2.1.0 (2026-10-06)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: a map of your members. Each one appears where they live, with a coloured marker that says at a glance where they stand: draft, validated with no subscription, subscription up to date, subscription expired, resigned, excluded. Click a marker and you get their identity, the date their subscription runs to, and a link to their record. Filter by category, by country and by county, switch a status on or off with one click in the legend, and choose whether to show those who have left. The feature is a switch, off on installation like the fifteen others.
• New: a member's record now tells you where they have been placed. A « Map position » tab shows their coordinates, the date of the last lookup, the address that was actually submitted, where the position came from — the service, or the association's own hand — and, when nothing was found, why. The tab carries a « ! » when the position is missing: you can spot the members the map does not show without opening their records one by one. It also warns you when the address has changed since the last lookup, and when the automatic run has given up.
• New: you no longer have to wait for the night. A « Geolocate now » button looks up that one member's position straight away, in about a second instead of the fifteen the background task spends on each address. A second button forces a fresh lookup when the address has not moved but the point looks wrong. Nothing is sent to the service if the address has not changed, if the position was placed by hand, or if an identical address has already been resolved. Beyond ten requests a minute or a hundred an hour the module stops of its own accord and sends you back to the nightly task, telling you how long to wait before trying again: one person in a hurry must not turn into mass geocoding.
• New: a member the service cannot find can be placed by hand — latitude and longitude — from their « Map position » tab. The decimal comma is accepted, and a doubtful entry is refused with a reason rather than stored crooked. A position placed by hand is never moved again by the automatic run, and a button hands it back to the machine the day the address is corrected.
• New: turning addresses into positions costs you nothing and requires no account. The map is drawn with the library Dolibarr already ships, and addresses are resolved by OpenStreetMap's free service — no key, no credit card, no billing. In exchange, repeated work there is slow by design: four addresses a minute, so a scheduled task does the background work at night, and only for the addresses that have actually changed.
• New: the address of the map background is set under « Setup > Map ». The day the public server refuses your requests, or you host your own tiles, or your internal policy demands it, you point somewhere else yourself, without waiting for a new version of the module.
• Fixed: the map background could be refused by OpenStreetMap, on and off, and the map would then fill up with error messages in English. Dolibarr strips the header that identifies the calling site, which the tile usage policy counts among its prohibitions. The module now restores it for those requests alone, sending nothing but the address of your installation — never the path, never the filter criteria. And if a tile server refuses all the same, the map tells you so plainly, points out that your members are still placed in the right spot, and names the setting to change.
• New: the two outside services the map uses are entered in your record of processing activities — the geocoder, which receives the postal address, and the map background server, which receives nothing but the address of your installation and that of the computer looking at it. Each entry names what leaves, what does not, and the absence of a processing agreement. The positions themselves are part of a member's personal data: they appear in the file handed over on a right-of-access request, and they are deleted with the member. The legal basis retained is legitimate interest, not consent, and the register says why.
• Improved: the map handles the way you expect. The wheel on its own scrolls the page, Ctrl (or ⌘) + wheel zooms, and the map says so the moment you get it wrong, instead of demanding a first click nobody guesses at. On a phone, one finger scrolls the page and two fingers move the map. A button brings you back to the overall view, and the zoom you chose survives a refresh: having moved in close on a town is no longer lost with every search.
• Improved: the map no longer leaves the counting to you. The counter follows the statuses you hide from the legend instead of going on announcing the total, a status with no member at all is switched off and says so, a button switches them all back on at once, and hiding every status shows a message rather than a blank map. The map also flags the pins sitting on top of one another at the zoom shown: that is what explains seeing two points where the counter announces four.
• Improved: the map's two filter buttons finally say what they do — « Search » applies the criteria entered, « Remove filter » clears them. Neither of them touches your data.
• Improved: the « First steps » screen now knows about the map, like the fifteen other features. An association that switches it on and wonders why nothing happens will find its answer on the screen meant for that.
• Improved: the two manuals shipped with the module now describe the map. The configuration guide devotes a section to it — what it asks of the geocoding service, the two ways a member gets placed, and what the record of processing activities makes of it — and the installation manual says what would otherwise take you by surprise: the initial filling does not happen on its own.
• Fixed: the geocoding scheduled task did not carry the module's name. Its name now begins with « MBI Asso Plus - », like that of the module's five other tasks: in Dolibarr's list of scheduled jobs, which mixes every module together, you can at last see where it comes from. This renaming calls for no re-enabling.
• Fixed: when an address stayed untraceable, the message invited you to place the member « by hand on the map ». That is not where it is done: placing by hand is on the member's own record. The messages now point to the right screen.
• Fixed: the module's style sheet could stay out of date for up to an hour after an update, the browser serving an old copy — enough to show a button that was meant to stay hidden. It is now rechecked on every load, without needless re-downloading.

UPDATE 2.0.0 (2026-08-13)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: an onglet « First steps » tells you what your installation is still missing. It examines your settings and lists, in the order to take them, the points left to settle — each with a link to the screen that fixes it. It flags in particular the mistake that costs the most: retention periods set while the automatic purge is switched off, which means nothing at all is being erased. It also detects that the module's files are newer than what the database recorded, and asks you to disable then re-enable it.
• New: two manuals ship with the module, in the five languages — an installation manual, which answers « what do I do first and what is going to surprise me », and a configuration guide organised by need rather than by screen. They are in the docs folder of the module.
• Compatibility: the module now works on an installation whose external-modules directory is not named « custom ». It wrote that name into 120 paths, so on a host that renames the directory — several do — every one of them pointed nowhere: failed includes, dead links, missing images, background calls returning 404. The module worked at the publisher's and broke at the buyer's. Proven by renaming the directory: the old form produced a wrong path, the new one the right one.
• Security: the libraries that guard the personal links sent to members — token checking, signature verification — now stop the page outright when they are missing, instead of logging a warning and carrying on. The pages already failed closed, so nothing could be bypassed; what was lost was a readable diagnosis, replaced by an opaque server error.
• Fixed: the tax receipt declared itself irregular on every single issuance. It asked for the « form of the gift » and offered values describing its « nature »: two distinct sections of the official 2041-RD form were merged into one field, and no box could ever be ticked. The two sections are now separate, with the four forms and five natures of the published model.
• Fixed: the module forbade combining articles 200 and 978 of the French tax code, on the strength of a rule that does not exist. Note 6 of the form expressly allows both boxes; it only forbids the same fraction of the gift being counted twice. A gift split between income tax and wealth tax can now be certified.
• Fixed: a company donation could consume a receipt number for good before any warning appeared — on page 2, after the signature — and was then counted in the annual declaration. Since 2022 a company donation belongs on a different form (2041-MEC-SD): it is now refused at issuance, before a number is spent.
• Fixed: article 978 (wealth tax) was accepted for kinds of gift that note 7 of the form excludes — it covers only cash and outright gifts of listed securities. Each such receipt printed note 7 right beside the box contradicting it, without a word.
• Fixed: the currency of a receipt was read afresh at every printing instead of being frozen at issuance. A receipt issued in euros came out stated in Swiss francs after the currency of the accounts was changed, and the duplicate no longer said the same thing as the original.
• Fixed: the amount in words printed a technical identifier instead of the name of the currency subunit as soon as the currency was neither the euro nor the rupee. It is now written in French whatever the session language: on a French tax document, the words prevail over the figures.
• New: the association's SIREN or RNA number and its category of organisation can at last be entered. The number is a required mention of the current version of the form, and the catalogue of twenty-five categories was reachable from no screen at all — a 1901 association without a SIREN, the commonest case, simply could not fill the section in.
• Fixed: the Terms of Use announced that on checking for a version or activating the module, the module name and version, a licence key, the IP address and the domain of the instance could be sent to the publisher's server. None of that happens: the module opens no connection to the publisher and contains no licence-key or remote-activation mechanism. Article 9 now states what is true, and names the only outgoing connections that can occur — those of the services the association configures itself, the online payment platform first among them.
• Fixed: article 2 of the Terms of Use listed « activation » among the services provided by the publisher. No such service exists.
• Compatibility: the database schema has been checked against all ten published versions: each one, once updated, reaches exactly the schema of a fresh install — 44 tables, 521 columns, 116 indexes. This is what guarantees that an association updating the module ends up with the same database as one installing it for the first time.
• New: the association can now answer a member who asks for their data or for their record to be erased. A « Personal data » tab on the member record lists everything held on them across twenty-six categories, with the legal basis for each and what becomes of it on erasure, and produces a file to send. Nothing is erased at the first click: the next screen states, with the actual volumes, what will be deleted, what will be anonymised, and what will be kept in spite of the request.
• New: erasure never destroys an accounting record. Membership fees, invoices, payments, bank entries and tax receipts are kept and only stripped of the person's identity, because the law requires them to be preserved. A retention period set below its legal floor is refused rather than silently accepted, and the module names the text that imposes it.
• New: a record of processing activities, pre-filled from what the module actually does — twenty-one processing operations and eight recipients, including the payment gateway and the hosting provider. It is presented as a draft for the association to review, never as a compliant document: the purpose, the legal basis and the retention period remain its own decisions. It can be exported to attach to a letter.
• New: retention periods are configurable category by category, and the scheduled purge applies them. What the law requires to be kept is shown apart from what the association chooses, so that a period cannot be shortened without knowing what it costs.
• Security: Dolibarr's own « Delete » button left nineteen rows of personal data behind — reports of meetings written in plain text, declared co-workers, consents, and six portal links that still worked. Deleting a member now removes or anonymises everything attached to them.
• Security: the personal links sent to members — membership form, in-kind contribution certificate — never expired and could be used any number of times. Whoever held the address could read and change the member's record, without a password. They now expire after ninety days, a period the association can lengthen, shorten, or remove deliberately.
• Fixed: consent was asked for things a member cannot refuse. Membership rests on the association's statutes, not on consent — asking someone to « agree » that the association may know their name suggests a choice that does not exist. Tick boxes now cover only what is genuinely optional: the directory, the photograph, the newsletter. None of them is ticked in advance.
• Fixed: the retention screen announced « not applied » for ten settings the scheduled job does apply, discouraging associations from setting periods that in fact work. For tax receipts it even said so while a value below the legal floor stopped the whole nightly purge.
• Fixed: the contact address for exercising one's rights, entered by the association, never reached the public membership form or the member portal — the very places where a person needs it. Three competing settings held it; there is now one.
• Security: sending the same online payment confirmation twice created a second membership fee. Three sends created three, and pushed the membership end date three years forward, while showing « Payment successful » each time. The safeguard now rests on the membership fee itself, which is always written, and no longer on an accounting entry that may be missing.
• Security: in a multi-company setup, the association credited with an online payment is now identified from the member named in the signed message, never from the address of the page. A message signed with one association's key can no longer be used to credit another, and a payment can no longer be attributed to a member who did not make it.
• Fixed: the payment gateway was always asked to charge in euros, while the invoice followed the association's own currency. An association outside the euro zone charged its member 45 EUR and recorded 45 CHF. The gateway is now asked to charge in the currency of the association that receives the payment.
• Fixed: the tax receipt gave the amount in the association's currency in figures and in euros in words — on a document where the words prevail over the figures. The amount in words now names the currency of the association, and its subdivision where one exists.
• Fixed: forty-nine further places still stated amounts in euros regardless of the association's currency — grant, volunteering and donation screens, and their documents.
• Fixed: a fee typed « 25.50 » could be saved as 2,550.00 — one hundred times the amount — depending on the language of the session, without any message. Amount and rate fields now state the format they expect, in the user's language, and refuse what they cannot read.
• Improved: the personal-data screens, the record of processing activities and the scheduled-job reports are translated in the five languages shipped — three hundred and twenty-five labels.
• New: the address of your online membership form is at last displayed in the module configuration, ready to be pasted on your association's website. It appeared nowhere and had to be guessed. The screen also warns when a Dolibarr setting still prevents the form from answering.
• Fixed: the in-kind contribution certificate was rebuilt from the signature link's address. The signatory could therefore alter their hours and valuation in the link and obtain a signed certificate differing from their declaration. The document is now built from the recorded data, and carries the year of the declaration rather than that of the signing day.
• Fixed: in a multi-company setup, the membership fee and payment method shown on the membership form were read from the first association. A second association saw its neighbour's fee grid.
• Fixed: the fee grid could be read by an anonymous visitor, even with the module disabled.
• Fixed: the help on the features screen asked to disable then re-enable the module after every change. That was pointless: menus and tabs update immediately.
• Fixed: the three scheduled jobs that write to members — membership-fee call, expired-membership reminder, automatic termination — could not run at all. They queried two columns that do not exist and stopped on a database error. None had ever worked.
• New: every scheduled job now has a dry-run mode. Add « simulation » as the last parameter and the job tells you whom it would select, how many, and why — without sending a single email, terminating anyone or deleting any data. Use it before arming automatic termination or the personal-data purge.
• Fixed: the membership-fee call sent the same emails to the same members on every run of the scheduler within a day. Its duplicate protection matched no event at all.
• Fixed: the record left by an automatic termination appeared in no member's agenda. It was saved under a type Dolibarr does not associate with members.
• Improved: the labels of the five scheduled jobs now say what each one does, and flag those that destroy data. They are translated in all five languages.
• Fixed: updating one's record from the online form erased the additional fields the form did not display. A member correcting a phone number lost the contents of the hidden fields. A field deliberately cleared is still cleared.
• Improved: the member-exchange list is drawn in 117 milliseconds instead of 4.9 seconds for 400 rows, and now runs a single query instead of 2,001. The member visits tab and the report archiving benefit from the same fix.
• Fixed: the « member afterwards » filter of the exchange list never returned a single row. Its query was rejected by the database without anything saying so.
• Fixed: the grant list, the event list and the portal member directory are now paginated, and their counter no longer fetches every row just to display twenty.
• Fixed: confirmation emails are now sent after the membership is saved rather than during. A failed send no longer calls into question a membership already validated.
• New: the module no longer keeps anywhere the wording of the employers' organisation it came from. Screens, the drop-down lists installed out of the box, the emails sent to members, the permission labels and even the internal setting names now use association wording. The tracking screen is called « Exchanges » and lists the meetings held with members.
• Fixed: the emails sent to members were signed with the original customer's name, written into the code. They now carry your association's name as entered in your organisation record.
• Fixed: a fresh install had neither a membership reminder template nor a SEPA direct debit call template. The scheduled job looked for them, did not find them, and sent nothing without reporting it anywhere but the technical log.
• Improved: the dashboard, the member list, the subscription list and the member card tabs are now fully translated in the five languages shipped.
• Fixed: renaming a dictionary entry, a body category or an email template no longer makes the data attached to it disappear. Visits, mandates and sending settings now refer to what they target by an identifier, not by its wording. Documents already issued keep the wording they carried on the day they were saved: a dated record is not rewritten.
• Fixed: the reminder email template setting only affected part of the module — the scheduled job kept sending the old one. There is now a single setting per email, and it applies everywhere.
• Fixed: a phone number the module could not parse — « to be confirmed », a stray sign — made the online membership form fail on a blank page, losing what the member had typed. The field now shows an ordinary error message. The member's two phone numbers are also checked even when they are not mandatory.
• Fixed: a membership link pointing at an option that does not exist displayed a full, untitled form instead of warning. It now states plainly that the link is not valid.
• Fixed: the documents attached to the membership confirmation email arrived under an unreadable name and with no extension, which the recipient's computer could no longer open.
• Fixed: the time-spent export produced a file whose columns did not line up with their headings once opened in a spreadsheet.
• Fixed: beyond the third co-worker, the details entered in the membership form were not validated.
• Improved: the member-exchange screen and the visit statistics are fully translated, and their totals are no longer skewed when no row matches the filter.
• New: the module no longer speaks the language of an employers' organisation. The membership form, member tabs, exports, email templates and the drop-down lists installed out of the box now use association wording. Fields specific to bodies representing employers are grouped into an optional field set, to be installed only if your association has that purpose.
• Fixed: about ten features stopped working without any message as soon as the association renamed a dictionary entry, a category or an email template. The SEPA mandate was no longer attached to the membership email, the mandate list went empty on four screens, and a reminder went out with no subject or content. These features now rely on stable identifiers, immune to renaming.
• Fixed: the online membership form forced its original labels over the ones the association had entered on its own fields. Renaming a field only showed on the internal record, never on the public form, the PDF form or the portal.
• Fixed: the email reporting fields changed by a member never mentioned a change of gender or civility.
• Fixed: the memberships-per-month chart spelled May wrongly in French. Month names now come from Dolibarr and follow the user's language.
• Fixed: in a multi-company setup, a second association enabling the module started with no member type at all — its public form and fee grid had nothing to offer.
• Fixed: the subscription form showed the euro sign even when the company currency was different.

UPDATE 1.9.0 (2026-07-30)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• New: the module now supports Dolibarr's multi-company setup. Dictionaries, e-mails, scheduled jobs, dashboards and lists belong to each association separately; a second association no longer sees, alters or deletes the first one's data.
• Improved: a list of 499 sponsorships is drawn in 50 milliseconds instead of 8.5 seconds. Three lists loaded a whole member record per displayed row, for a single link.
• Fixed: the sponsorship list came up empty, with no message, whenever it was sorted on a column other than its default.
• Fixed: the payment certificate spelled its date in French whatever the recipient's language.
• Fixed: the « subscriptions to collect » total came back empty instead of zero when its query failed.
• Improved: the module is now fully translated. Thirty-two labels used to appear as raw key names — « ErrorFetchingMembers » instead of a message — and seventy-three French texts were written straight into the pages, showing in French whatever language was selected. All of them now go through the five language files, in ninety-six replacements.
• Fixed: seven pages displayed their own messages as raw key names because they did not load the module's language file.
• Fixed: the signature page of a document not yet signed failed with a blank error, and no signature could be recorded.
• Fixed: a membership fee with cents was charged rounded down to the euro.
• Fixed: a membership could be lost entirely while the member received the confirmation e-mail and was sent on to the signature page. The form opened a second database transaction that was not always closed, and the whole registration was then discarded.
• Fixed: a visit report that could not be saved no longer produces a document, a signature link and an e-mail as if it had been. Every failed report used to share one and the same signature reference.
• Fixed: a volunteer contribution declaration that is refused no longer records its offices without it. A double click on the send button was enough.
• Fixed: an electronic signature that cannot be recorded no longer produces an unsigned document, an e-mail announcing a missing attachment, and a member marked as having signed.
• Fixed: rates, seniority discounts, the form configuration and the officers page no longer report a successful save when nothing was written.
• Fixed: using or releasing a sponsorship now updates the sponsorship and the discount together, or neither.
• Security: the amount of a membership fee and its discounts are computed on the server. They were computed in the browser only, where anyone could set them to zero and join for free.
• Security: an online payment can no longer be replayed, nor credited to a member other than the one who paid.
• Security: a single signature link no longer reveals the details of every other member.

UPDATE 1.8.0 (2026-07-29)

• ⚠️ Action required: disable then re-enable the module after updating to apply the changes introduced by this version.
• Improved: the membership form, the payment certificate, the volunteer contribution certificate and the visit report are now composed by the module. They no longer rely on a pre-printed form, they adjust to the data actually entered, and long text flows onto the next page instead of running off the frame.
• Improved: the payment certificate no longer states that the membership fee is deductible from taxable income. That statement does not hold for every association: use the free text at the foot of the page to restore it if it applies to yours.
