Profy Export - lists to Excel and PDF

Profy Export adds two buttons, Export to Excel and Export to PDF, to every list of Dolibarr and of its modules: third parties, invoices, orders, products, reports and more. Nothing to configure, no change to Dolibarr files.

The export holds what the user sees: same filters, same sort order, same columns, and all the pages of the list.

What is different: the file is built on the server and sent as a download. The browser never loads or converts the data. A list of 100 000 rows is exported to Excel with 14 MB of memory.

- Excel files ready to work with: amounts and prices are real numbers, the title row is frozen and has filters, columns are sized to their content
- Postal codes, phone numbers, bar codes and references are never turned into numbers
- No formula can enter an exported file
- PDF in landscape, titles repeated on every page, page numbers
- A list longer than the limit is refused with a clear message, never cut short
- One permission decides who may export
- Row limits per format, set by the administrator
- Every export is written to the Dolibarr log
- English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Croatian, Serbian
- For developers: a list page can call the engine and export straight from the database

Tested on Dolibarr 16, 23 and 24. Requires PHP 7.0 or later with the extensions zip and dom.
