modemfact is a Dolibarr module built for integrators and developers who need to bring their clients' invoicing into compliance with the electronic invoicing requirements of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) of Burkina Faso.
The module intercepts invoices generated in Dolibarr's native billing module, normalizes them according to DGI specifications, and transmits them to the external Fiscal Control Module (MCF) via the SeCeF protocol. Each certified invoice receives a unique identifier (NIM) and a fiscal QR code, guaranteeing its authenticity and legal validity.
Key features include automatic invoice normalization, asynchronous MCF API integration, NIM and QR code generation, a persistent transmission queue for offline resilience, and a full audit trail for compliance traceability.
