Detailed Description

This module enables you to create all types of Dolibarr invoices as electronic invoices (e-invoices) in XRechnung format (XML file) - without encountering problems with invoices that are not accepted by your customers:

Support for various invoice types: XRechnung Export supports not only standard invoices, but also other invoice types. The module also generates correct credit notes, advance payment invoices, and final invoices. It transfers invoice parameters from Dolibarr into the XML, such as payment terms for invoice items, discounts, and service delivery dates. When invoicing public authorities, special fields can be activated (routing ID, official project number).

Always correct invoices: A special feature of this module is the optional integration of the official KoSIT validator for electronic invoices. Since customers are required to validate all incoming invoices, and payment obligations only begin upon receipt of a correct XML file, it is advisable to implement your own quality check for outgoing documents. Errors can have not only technical causes, but can also occur due to missing information in special configurations.

GDPR compliant: All invoice validations are performed locally on the Dolibarr server without transferring data to other locations. Therefore, no data processing agreement (DPA) according to GDPR is required, as would be the case with external validation services.

Requirements

Please note: Due to its size, the validator code is not directly included in the module (uploading the module to Dolibarr would fail due to the size of approximately 50MB). After installing our module, the official KoSIT validator can be downloaded and installed directly from the module setup page with one click.

Using the validator requires Java on the Dolibarr server, e.g. OpenJDK 11+. Integrating the validator is optional; XRechnungen can also be generated without installed Java. Note: With our hosting offer at DoliCenter Java is available by default for all installations hosted with us.

An internet connection is required for the validator installation download. All invoice validations are performed locally on the Dolibarr server without transferring data to other locations.
