Install

Download the archive file of module (.zip file) from web site DoliStore.com

You must have install the curl extension before going further and restart our web server :

On Debian :

apt-get install php5-curl
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart

or on CentOS :

yum install php-curl
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart


Unzip the file into the root directory of your dolibarr web server.

Then open your browser, go to your dolibarr menu, and browse Settings > Modules, then find the Dolimail plugin and click settings.

Once installed, a button named "Send a tracked email" appears on your contacts, proposals, orders, and invoices. Let's use it now ! This plugin and services are free for use for one month, without any engagment.



Summary

This plugin adds the perfect email and attachment tracking system to your Dolibarr and if you want, to your current email system (Outlook, Gmail, ...).

Let's have a professional sales force tool inside your Dolibarr, just next the "send by email" button on your contacts, proposals, orders, and invoices.

  • Know when and from where your recipient opens up your email or your attachments
  • Learn if she/he has read your PDF file, and how much time she/he spent on each page
  • Obtain email or SMS alerts as soon as your email or attachment is open


So that you now know when to best engage a phone call (right place, right time!) in order to talk about your email or attachment, also to know which parts of your offer is gaining the most attention from your recipient. All of that, in real time thanks to the email and SMS alerts !

You will also be informed if your recipient has forwarded your email, and where it is open. Proactively, you can also limit the leaking of confidential content by requiring your recipient to authenticate her/his email address each time she/he wants to open any of the files you sent.

All of these features are customizable, and the admin can force its users to use or not use them.
