Manage your rentals with the usual Dolibarr documents

Digi Location + adds the rental of products and services to commercial proposals, orders and invoices, without changing the Dolibarr Core.

• Rentable products: single item, several items or unlimited. Product settings and rental prices are saved automatically as soon as they change (green tick).
• Prices per hour, half-day, day, week, month, year, package or unlimited duration; decreasing prices and customer-specific prices; duration coefficients for a product with a single daily price.
• Availability: available or unavailable periods, repeated every year; provisional booking by the proposal, firm booking by the order; validation refused if the product is no longer available.
• Required period on every rental document: start and end dates, or a duration (unit of the price, with an adjustable default unit). Only the products with a suitable price are offered; a colored dot in the lists and a square in the banner tell a period from a duration.
• Availability period (option): the equipment is booked before and after the rental, with a flat fee shown from the quote.
• Adjustable way of renting: rental on a period, on a duration or both (choice window at creation). Invoice templates (subscriptions): Rental box, period or duration of the template, allowed products chosen in addition to the rental products, PDF model kept on the generated invoices.
• Modern period calendar usable on mobile; "Weekend counts as 1 day" option; "Pickup day not counted" checkbox; prices recalculated when the period changes.
• Rental invoices: from an order, only the products that came back are invoiced, for the quantity returned.
• Rental slips (stock moved to a rental warehouse, lots and serial numbers included) and return slips (partial returns, put back into the original warehouse), with PDF and signature.
• Missing products: declaration, stock removal and draft invoice at the sale price attached to the order, with linked objects on the order, the slips and the invoice.
• Rental general terms: one PDF per language added after the documents.
• Calendar per product, planning of all rentable products, modern summaries per document type, own numbering for rentals.
• Settings in tabs: general (way of renting, invoice templates), colors, warehouses, working days, coefficients, duration and availability, general terms, slip PDFs, numbering and document templates.

Compatibility
