Module description

The module allows to manage disputes with customers and/or suppliers on Dolibarr. Simply declare your dispute (invoices, orders, contracts...) by indicating a description and the concerned products. Add follow-up information to know where your different disputes are, by specifying a date of reminder and comments. The module also includes a widget that can be displayed on your dashboard to facilitate their management. Fine-tune its operation to your company's needs through its administration interface. User rights management is integrated into the module to allow optimal management of internal processes regarding customer/supplier disputes.
