Control visible columns and their order globally as an administrator or individually per user, without modifying the Dolibarr core.

ListColumnsManager makes native Dolibarr lists easier to use without modifying the ERP core.
TWO OPERATING MODES
V1 — Administrator: the administrator selects visible columns with Dolibarr's native selector, defines their order with arrow controls and applies the resulting layout to every user. Users receive the enforced view and cannot change it.
V2 — Per user: each authenticated user arranges columns by drag and drop. Personal preferences remain independent from those of other users.
KEY BENEFITS
• No Dolibarr core modification and no native database-table modification.
• Automatic detection of native list tables, including multiple tables on one page.
• Filters, sorting, pagination, native column selection and mass actions remain available.
• Preferences are isolated by entity, user, page and table.
• Existing preferences are preserved during upgrades.
• French and English interface.
• Standalone module with no dependency on another module.
SUPPORTED LISTS
Projects, Third parties, Contacts, Products and Services, Commercial proposals, Orders, Shipments and Invoices, as well as other pages based on Dolibarr's standard native list tables.
