Dolibarr-Odoo synchronization for third parties and invoices - (PEPPOL / e-Invoicing)

SyncDolibarrOdoo is a Dolibarr module designed to connect Dolibarr and Odoo.

Odoo provides e-invoice sending and receiving features, including Peppol depending on the Odoo offer and configuration used. SyncDolibarrOdoo acts as a bridge between Dolibarr and Odoo: customer invoices prepared in Dolibarr can be synchronized to Odoo so that Odoo can be used for PEPPOL / e-invoicing delivery, without adding an extra sending connector on the Dolibarr side.

The module does not synchronize every type of data between Dolibarr and Odoo. Its scope is intentionally focused on the following flows: customers from Dolibarr to Odoo, suppliers from Odoo to Dolibarr, customer invoices from Dolibarr to Odoo and supplier invoices from Odoo to Dolibarr.

These synchronizations can be launched manually from Dolibarr or automated with scheduled CRON jobs.

For companies handling large datasets, SyncDolibarrOdoo includes processing limits, resume pointers and update options to reduce timeout risks. Synchronizations can be processed progressively and monitored more easily.

The module includes practical controls for B2B workflows: VAT number checks through VIES, Peppol presence checks, B2B filters, country limitation, draft invoice handling and date range settings. Supplier invoices can use Peppol/XML documents and related attachments.

SyncDolibarrOdoo also provides a debug mode, dedicated log files and synchronization error tracking directly inside Dolibarr. These features make diagnostics, support and production monitoring easier.
