Features

1. Complete Vehicle Cards
Full vehicle profile: registration, brand, model, year, VIN, fuel type, current mileage, purchase info, insurance details (company, policy number, expiry), technical control dates, carte grise.

2. Fuel Tracking with L/100km
Log every fill-up with liters, price per liter, total cost, and odometer reading. Automatic consumption calculation in L/100km. Trends over time.

3. KM Log Linked to Projects
Track every trip: start/end odometer, distance, purpose, and optionally link to a Dolibarr project for cost allocation.

4. Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
Create maintenance schedules by kilometer threshold or date interval. The module alerts you when maintenance is due. Track costs per maintenance type.

5. Insurance and Control Expiry Alerts
Dashboard cards show vehicles with insurance or technical control expiring within 30 days. Weekly cron sends email alerts to administrators.

6. Driver Assignment with History
Assign a driver (Dolibarr user) to each vehicle. Change assignments over time with full history tracking.

7. TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
Per-vehicle calculation: purchase price + total fuel costs + total maintenance costs. Cost per kilometer. Compare TCO across your fleet.
