EasyLineToTask is the Dolibarr module that bridges your commercial documents with project management. From a proposal, customer order or invoice, turn each line into a project task with a single click. Perfect for service companies, consulting firms, developers, construction or any industry where quotes translate into planned work.

How It Works

  1. Open document: Go to any proposal, order or invoice with a customer.
  2. Click the button: Press "Create tasks in project" in the action bar.
  3. Select project: Each line has its own project selector. Optionally use the global selector to apply one project to multiple lines.
  4. Create tasks: One click creates tasks with automatic reference, line description and assigned user.
  5. View: Linked lines show the project and task in the document view and optionally in the PDF.
