• The Limit mailing for delegates module prevents a delegate from sending emailings to clients who are not assigned to them.

• Delegate users are identified through a tag/category (e.g., “Delegate”) added to their user profile.

• In the module configuration, the administrator selects the category representing the delegates.

• When a delegate creates an emailing, the module automatically checks that each recipient is a client for whom they are the assigned salesperson.

• If the client is not part of their portfolio, they are blocked or excluded from the recipient list.

• The module works with all recipient selection methods: file import, manual entry, or third parties filtered by tags.

• It ensures that each delegate contacts only their own clients and prevents unauthorized email sending.

Installation

• Download the module archive (.zip) from DoliStore.com
• Go to "Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy an external module" and submit the zip
• The module or theme is then available and can be activated
