Bulk Password Regeneration

The “Bulk Password Regeneration” module lets you reset the passwords of several Dolibarr users at once and automatically send them their new credentials by e-mail. It is ideal for enforcing a new security policy, preparing a deployment, or reacting quickly after a security incident.

Operating principle

From the Dolibarr user list, you tick the relevant accounts, then choose the “Regenerate and send password” action in the mass-actions menu.
A confirmation window opens, allowing you to confirm:

• the automatic generation of new passwords

• the sending of information by e-mail to the selected users

After validation, the module updates the accounts and Dolibarr sends the new passwords using the configured mail system.
