DC2 – Detailed candidate forms from commercial proposals (requires DC1)

This module adds DC2 detailed candidate declaration forms directly onto Dolibarr commercial proposals. From a dedicated tab on the proposal card, you can create a pre-filled French DC2 form (official public procurement template), ready to sign and stored in the documents of the proposal.

⚠️ Prerequisite:

• The DC1 module is mandatory. DC2 extends the DC1 module and cannot be used on its own.

Main features:

• DC2 generation from the commercial proposal (no need to leave Dolibarr)

• Automatic pre-filling from third party, contacts, project and proposal data (address, identifiers, contact person, etc.)

• Management of individual candidates or members of a consortium (groupement)

• Structured input for capacities (organisation, human resources, technical means, etc.) using information already stored in Dolibarr where possible

• Completeness checks on required sections before generating the PDF

• PDF export with an official DC2 layout, ready to sign and archived on the proposal

• User rights integrated with Dolibarr permissions (who can view / edit / generate DC2 forms)

• Interface aligned with standard Dolibarr admin pages and document models

Typical workflow:

1. Create or open a commercial proposal in Dolibarr.

2. Open the “DC1” tab, generate the DC1 form if needed.

3. Open the “DC2” tab.

4. Review the pre-filled data and complete the missing information for the candidate (or consortium members).

5. Run the completeness check.

6. Generate the DC2 PDF: the document is attached to the proposal and ready to be signed and sent with your tender documents.
