Bank monitoring is a module for automating the entry of payments and The Bank Tracking module allows you to record payments on invoices and their bank reconciliation using two operating modes:
- Manual - by importing a csv file: Import the lines of your bank accounts into a csv file;
- Automatic subscription-based: You don't have to do a thing: your bank entries are synchronized in Easya/Dolibarr from your bank.

 

Once your entries are in Easya/Dolibarr, benefit from automatic allocation of paid amounts to your invoices, bank reconciliation and rapid creation of corresponding documents if they don't yet exist.

 

 

To work properly, the module requires installation and activation of the Advanced Dictionaries module available free of charge from the Dolistore. Click HERE to download it.

INSTALLATION AND UPDATE

Download the .zip archive of the module.

  • Assisted deployment: Download the archive directly into your Dolibarr from the Configuration > Modules/applications page, Deploy/Install an external module tab.
  • Manual deployment: Unzip the archive into the /htdocs/custom directory of your Dolibarr installation.

The module can then be activated (/) and configured ().

Before installing or updating, please ensure that the module is officially compatible with your Dolibarr version.
