Our Advanced Contracts module lets you integrate recurring invoicing and contract revaluation functionalities using customizable indices (INSEE, Syntec). The Dictionaries tab on the module's configuration page lets you create and enter your indexes and their values. Various options can be selected when creating a contract, such as whether or not it is tacitly renewed, whether invoicing is due or not, invoicing frequency and reset date.
Numerous additional fields are added to contract sheets, organized into 3 blocks: General, Billing and Reset. Not all fields are mandatory, but some may have an impact on calculations. These fields can be displayed on the list of your contracts, depending on the information you need.


To work properly, the module requires installation and activation of the Advanced Dictionaries module available free of charge from the Dolistore. Click HERE to download it.

INSTALLATION AND UPDATE

Download the .zip archive of the module.

  • Assisted deployment: Download the archive directly into your Dolibarr from the Configuration > Modules/applications page, Deploy/Install an external module tab.
  • Manual deployment: Unzip the archive into the /htdocs/custom directory of your Dolibarr installation.

The module can then be activated (/) and configured ().

Before installing or updating, please ensure that the module is officially compatible with your Dolibarr version.
