Detailed description
① Created in 10 seconds
  • A SIREN, a SIRET, a VAT number or just a name is enough: name, address of the right establishment, SIRET, NAF code, legal form, workforce, VAT number and GPS coordinates are filled for you. No more typos on your invoices.
  • Search right in the standard "New third party" form.
  • Records already in your Dolibarr are shown first: nobody creates the same customer twice.
  • The VAT number is filled only for bodies registered for VAT, and checked with VIES.
② Zero duplicates
  • Warning while typing: SIREN, VAT number, e-mail, phone or a close name.
  • A server-side check warns or refuses above the score you choose, whoever creates the record.
  • A second establishment of the same company is recognised as such, never as a duplicate.
  • Merge two records field by field: documents, files and open alerts are kept, both records are journaled.
③ Audit of the whole base
  • 16 kinds of issues: closed company or establishment, different name, legal form or address, missing SIRET, invalid VAT number, unknown SIREN, missing third party type, duplicates... and a quality score per record.
  • Each correction is shown before and after, then applied through the standard update of the third party: triggers and history are kept.
  • In bulk from the Audit page, or one record at a time from its Registry tab; each batch is journaled and can be undone for 30 days.
④ BODACC watch
  • Daily BODACC survey: collective proceedings, deregistrations, business sales, with the deadline to declare your claim.
  • Periodic registry re-check: closure, new name, head office moved, new legal form, VAT number turned invalid.
  • Banner on the customer and on its quotes, orders and invoices; warning when a document is started; home page widget; daily e-mail to each sales representative.
  • An alert never changes a record by itself: you decide, in one click. One avoided unpaid invoice pays for the module.
⑤ Find prospects
NEW
  • Third parties menu → "Find prospects": active companies of the official registry by NAF codes, sector, departments, zip codes, workforce, category (SME, mid-cap, large company), turnover or a word of the name.
  • Companies already in your Dolibarr are flagged; a company with its head office elsewhere is offered with its establishment in your area.
  • Tick, click: complete records created as prospects or customers (address, SIREN, SIRET, NAF, legal form, workforce, VAT, third party type, GPS), you as sales representative, category of your choice.
  • Sole traders, who are natural persons, are excluded by default.
⑥ Key figures and officers

  • Registry tab of a third party: turnover and net result of the three latest published years, with the change.
  • Officers declared to the registry, with their role.
  • Public information read when the tab opens, never stored on the record: ideal before granting payment terms.
⑦ Ready for e-invoicing

  • Registry tab: the electronic invoicing address of the customer, looked up by its SIREN in the Peppol directory (official OpenPeppol services) and, when an approved platform is set up in the EInvoicing module of Dolibarr, in the directory of the reform; with the platform of the customer (its PA/PDP) and the formats it accepts.
  • "Use this address" saves it in one click in the EInvoicing module; "Ask the customer for its address" opens a ready e-mail. As an option, the audit lists the customers without a known address.
  • Individual or company: the creation form asks first. "An individual" sets the third party type that e-invoicing relies on (a customer without a type is treated as a company and must have a SIREN); for a company, the type comes from the registry (Governmental, Large company, Medium company, Small company...).
  • Your existing third parties without a type are listed by the audit and fixed in bulk.
⑧ Clean addresses
  • Address autocompletion on third parties and contacts, department filled for you, GPS coordinates stored.
  • Addresses typed by hand are geocoded in the background; the address quality is shown on every record.
⑨ Built-in guide
  • Illustrated user guide built into the module, in English and French: getting started, creation, duplicates, audit, watch, prospects, e-invoicing, FAQ.
  • The ? icon of each screen of the module opens the matching page of the guide; each setup option is explained in a tooltip.

Good to know
  • No API key, no subscription: free public services; the free INSEE Sirene key is optional.
  • Only identifiers, searched names and addresses are sent to the French and European public services and the Peppol directory. Nothing is sent to the author.

Installation
Download the module archive file (.zip) from the dolistore.com website.
Install it from the "Deploy/install external app/module" tab of the modules page.
The module can then be:
  • activated, with its permissions given to your users,
  • configured from its setup page (a "Test" button for each data source, two scheduled jobs to enable),
  • and used: start with a first audit of your base, the built-in guide walks you through it.
