Get started in 3 steps
- Install the module and complete your company details: address, enterprise number, VAT number.
- Create your Peppyrus account, first on the test network, then in production. Paste the API key into the module, then click "Test connection".
- On a validated invoice: "Check in the Peppol directory", "Generate Peppol UBL", then "Send through the access point", or let automatic sending handle it. The status moves to Delivered, or to Rejected with the rule at fault.
What the module covers
- Invoices, deposit invoices and credit notes in UBL Peppol BIS Billing 3.0: discounts, VAT breakdown, exemption reasons, IBAN, and a reference to the original invoice on credit notes.
- Central tracking of sent and received documents: filters, statuses, provider references, log, and notification of reception errors.
- Three modes:
- local, to prepare and check your UBL files without an access point;
- Peppyrus;
- Scrada Peppol Only.
- Requirements: Dolibarr 18 to 24, PHP 7.4 to 8.3, MySQL/MariaDB, DOM/libxml, mbstring, cURL and OpenSSL extensions.
Tested on Dolibarr 24: 544 automated checks passed and 96 documents checked against Peppol and EN 16931 reference rules.

Gestructureerde e-facturatie is sinds 1 januari 2026 in principe verplicht voor Belgische B2B-transacties tussen btw-plichtige ondernemingen, met uitzonderingen. Met PeppolConnect wordt Dolibarr uw Peppol-software:
- verstuur uw facturen en creditnota's in UBL Peppol BIS 3.0;
- ontvang aankoopfacturen als concept;
- controleer vóór het versturen of uw klant op Peppol staat (Peppol check in de Peppol Directory);
- uw Peppol ID wordt berekend uit uw ondernemingsnummer (KBO, schema 0208).
Registratie op Peppol gebeurt via uw account bij het access point Peppyrus, dat volgens de uitgever geen installatie- of abonnementskosten aanrekent. De module kost 149 € excl. btw, eenmalig, met 3 jaar updates. Interface en handleiding in het Nederlands.
