Take control of your receivables and payables in Dolibarr

Identify overdue amounts, analyze balances by aging bucket or month, and export professional reports.

Aged Balance tracks amounts still to be collected from customers and paid to suppliers at a selected cut-off date. Balances are rebuilt on the fly from Dolibarr invoices, payments, credit notes and deposits, without redundant business data storage.

 

Customers, suppliers and net position

 

  • Customer receivables aged balance.
  • Supplier payables aged balance.
  • Combined customer and supplier summary.
  • Net position: customer receivables minus supplier payables.
  • Direct access to each third-party record.

Historical and configurable analysis

  • Selectable cut-off date and historical balance reconstruction.
  • Payments, allocated credit notes and deposits included up to the selected date.
  • Configurable aging buckets, reference date and visibility of the first and last buckets.
  • Calendar view over 3, 6 or 12 months with an outside-period column.
  • Calculations restricted to the current Dolibarr entity.
