Each category can have its own settings:

You can also define different recipients depending on the reminder type, for example the accounting department for invoices and charges, and the sales department for contracts.

The module detects unpaid supplier invoices close to their payment due date and can automatically send a reminder to the configured recipients.

Contract reminders

DoliRemindMe monitors contracts or contract lines approaching their end date in order to avoid missed renewals, cancellations, or customer follow-ups.

Tax and social charge reminders

The module takes into account the tax/social charges recorded in Dolibarr and uses their due date to generate automatic reminders.

Configurable thresholds

Freely define reminder thresholds for each category:

• Supplier invoices: 30,15,7,1
• Contracts: 60,30,15,7
• Tax/social charges: 30,15,7,1

Separate recipients

Configure different recipients for:

• supplier invoices;
• contracts;
• tax/social charges;
• or use a default recipient.

Grouped or individual emails

Choose between:

• a grouped email containing all items to be processed;
• or an individual email for each invoice, contract, or charge.

Grouped mode is recommended to limit the number of emails.

Anti-duplicate protection

DoliRemindMe can prevent sending the same reminder several times for the same item and the same threshold.

Reminder log

Each notification is recorded in a log with:

• the item type;
• the reference;
• the threshold;
• the recipient;
• the sending date;
• the status.

CSV export

The log can be exported for archiving, control, or administrative follow-up.

Integrated diagnostic

A diagnostic page allows you to quickly check:

• the license status;
• the configured thresholds;
