Work Order — Work order management

The Bon Travaux module manages the full lifecycle of work orders within a real estate portfolio: creation, issuance, tracking and archiving. When a work order is issued, three distinct PDFs are generated and automatically emailed: - Tenant PDF: informs the tenant of upcoming works in their unit - Supplier PDF: purchase order with deductible, offer reference and intervention address - Control copy PDF: summary for the building manager / concierge Features: - Building management with units, tenants and building service contacts - Workflow: draft → issued → invoiced / cancelled - 3 distinct PDFs generated and auto-filed in document management (GED) - Multi-recipient email sending with native Dolibarr templates - Optional file attachment on supplier email only - Maximum deductible and offer reference on supplier PDF - Configurable signatures from the admin panel - Dashboard widget with overdue intervention alerts - All PDF texts fully customisable from the settings.
