Simplified Record Creation

To create a third party, prospect, customer, or supplier record, you only need to enter the name and city. ClientPlus then fills in contact details, SIREN, SIRET, VAT number, and more.

⚠️ Important Notice

ClientPlus sends the third party's name and city to external services in order to search for and analyze publicly available information. By using this module:

• The third party's name and city are sent to the configured search engines (Tavily and/or SerpAPI).
• Search results are forwarded to the selected AI provider (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, or Grok) for analysis.
• No internal Dolibarr data (invoices, contacts, notes, etc.) is transmitted to these services.
• You remain in full control of every change: nothing is applied without your explicit approval.
• You are responsible for compliance with your organization's data policies (GDPR, etc.).

This module requires at least one search API key (Tavily or SerpAPI) and one AI analysis API key. The module does not include built-in AI processing — it connects to external services. API costs depend on your provider and usage volume.
