The customer's financial position, directly on their card

Bring invoices, payments, receivables, overdue amounts and credit exposure together in an actionable view.

The module adds a Payments Status tab to every customer card, with a financial dashboard, a filterable invoice list and professional Excel and PDF exports.

Financial dashboard and overdue tracking

• Authorized and available credit.
• Validated orders, invoiced and paid totals.
• Open and not-yet-due receivables.
• Total overdue and open invoice count.
• Oldest overdue invoice with reference, due date, balance and days overdue.

Detailed invoices, payments and filters

View invoice dates, amounts, received payments, remaining balances and payment status. Received amounts include payments, applied credit notes and deposits. Optional allocation details identify each transaction.

Filter by reference, invoice and due-date periods, gross amount, payment status and overdue status, with quick views for all, unpaid and overdue invoices.

Professional Excel and PDF exports

Export all invoices matching the active filters. Excel includes optional allocation details and totals. The portrait PDF includes company and customer information, reporting period, financial indicators and highlighted payment statuses.

Native Dolibarr integration

No special configuration and no additional business table. The module is responsive, multi-company aware and protected by a dedicated read permission. The Dolibarr customer invoice module is required.
