→ Detailed description :

  •  The Block Customer module, as its name suggests, allows you to prevent a customer from placing an order. Why do you ask? Well, it can happen that we have to block any new order from a customer, in order to resolve a dispute between you and this customer. Arrears of payment, litigation, site meeting, waiting for a return. It doesn't matter. As long as the customer is blocked, it is impossible to validate an order in your Dolibarr.

 

  • This function is very practical and prevents the sales department from placing an order while the accounting department wants to settle a dispute with the customer.

 

  • The "Block Customer" module for Dolibarr is very simple to use.
    - If you have the right to do so, you can check the box 'block customer' in the customer file.
    - As long as this box is checked, it will not be possible to validate customer orders
