1. Do WooCommerce orders automatically appear in Dolibarr?
Yes. You simply use the “Synchronize Orders” option.
Every order created in WooCommerce is automatically imported into Dolibarr as a draft.
You do not need to create anything manually.
2. Do you need to manually reduce stock in Dolibarr?
No. When the order arrives in Dolibarr, you only need to validate the shipment. Depending on your stock management rules:

3. When updating a product’s stock in Dolibarr, does it overwrite the WooCommerce product sheet?
No. Only the stock quantity is synchronized according to the configured warehouse.
4. Can product synchronization overwrite your WooCommerce product pages?
No. Only the Label field (product title).
Only the first time a product is synchronized from Dolibarr to WooCommerce, the complete product sheet is sent (Ref, Title, Description, Price, and Stock if applicable).
Important best practice:
The Dolibarr product Code and Title should match the ones in WooCommerce.
After the first synchronization, you can manage the product description, images, categories, etc., directly in WooCommerce.
5. Why was your previous product overwritten?
Only the Label field (product title) is overwritten, as this is a common best practice in system integrations.

First, create the products in Dolibarr, and then synchronize them to WooCommerce.
