The problem it solves

Dolibarr does a lot, but almost everything starts the same way: find the section, open the list and filter. EasyTheme does not touch your data or your permissions: it changes how it looks and shortens the way to what you already use.

There is a public demo at demo.easysoft.es: sign in with user demo and password demo, choosing the EASYTHEME entity. From Apariencia (Appearance) you change skin, navigation, colours and figures, and you see it at once. Every hour it goes back to factory values, so you can break it without fear.

Every figure takes you to its list

In 1.0.1 the numbers at the top of a list open that same list with the filter applied: what is overdue, what is left to collect, billed this year, stock below the minimum and tasks due today or earlier. The version has been tried against Dolibarr 18, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, and ships with 51 automated tests in green.

None of them is compulsory: everything can be done with the mouse. But once you try them, they stick.

What's included

Everything pending, on the first screen
App launcher with every section as a big icon and a counter with what is waiting in each one, in red if it is late. It opens with Alt + H and can be the screen you land on. Counters respect each user's permissions and refresh every two minutes.
Search without knowing where it is
Ctrl + K finds third parties, contacts, invoices, proposals, orders, products and projects as you type, and offers quick actions such as «New invoice». It only shows what your permissions let you see.
The figures where you decide
Four key figures above the lists of invoices, orders, proposals, third parties and products, each one with its link to the already filtered list. On Home, four panels: sales against the same month last year, receivables by age, cash over 12 months and what is due today.
Dolibarr in your own colour
Three skins (Studio, Crisp and Night), side or top navigation, nine suggested brand colours or your own, aurora ambience and translucent finish. Each user adjusts their own from «My appearance» and their choice follows them to any computer.
Accessible, mobile-ready and in your language
Contrast and focus to WCAG 2.2 AA in light and dark, swipeable sections on mobile and eight languages. The typeface travels inside the module: nothing is requested from any outside server.

Getting started

Copy the easytheme folder from the ZIP into htdocs/custom/, or upload it from Home → Setup → Modules/Applications.

Activate EasyTheme in Home → Setup → Modules/Applications and reload the page. You do not need to clear the browser cache.

It comes set up with the combination that looks best, so you can start without touching anything. Every settings change shows at once, before you save.

EasyTheme is drawn over the standard Dolibarr theme (eldy). If you use another one, change it in Home → Setup → Environment: the Diagnostic tab checks it for you and fixes it in one click.

Before you buy

Can I adapt it to my case?
Yes. You get the full source code and you can read it, modify it and adapt it without asking permission.
How do I try it without risking my data?
With the public demo: it is at demo.easysoft.es, user demo, password demo, entity EASYTHEME. And if you install it on your Dolibarr, EasyTheme only changes the look: turn it off and everything looks as it did before.
What if something does not fit my installation?
Write to us at info@easysoft.es before buying and we will look at it with you. We would rather tell you it does not fit than sell you something that will not help you.
What happens when the 365 days are over?
The module keeps working just the same, with no time limit. You just stop receiving new versions, and you can renew whenever you want.

Frequently asked questions

Does it change anything in my data?
No. EasyTheme only changes the look and reads data for the figures and the panels. Turn it off and Dolibarr looks as it always did.
I turn it on and see no change
EasyTheme is drawn over the standard Dolibarr theme, eldy. Check in Home → Setup → Environment that this is the chosen theme, including on your user card if it has one of its own. The Diagnostic tab checks it for you, and if someone still sees the old look, Force a reload of the styles sorts it out.
Do the figures respect permissions?
Yes. If a user cannot see invoices, they do not see their figures; and if they only see their own third parties, the figures count only theirs. They are the same as the global view of the Dolibarr Home page.
Does it send data anywhere? And when updating?
It sends nothing: the Inter typeface travels inside the module and everything is worked out in your own Dolibarr. To update, copy the new version over the old one and reload the page: there is no need to disable and enable the module, and your settings are kept.

Actively maintained

Version 1.0.1, published on 8 October 2026. Every release passes 51 automated tests with PHP 7.4 and 8.x and is tried on Dolibarr 18, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 before it ships, with the same code on all of them. Updates are included for 365 days and the module does not depend on any outside library.
