TakePOS Digital Invoice Module for Dolibarr

TakePOS Digital Invoice makes it easy for business customers to request an electronic invoice after a purchase. By scanning a QR code printed on their TakePOS receipt, they access a secure form without needing a Dolibarr account.

The customer enters their company details, French SIRET number and email address. The module verifies the company information and sends an email confirmation link. Once confirmed, it finds the corresponding Dolibarr customer or creates a new one, then automatically associates the paid TakePOS invoice with the identified company.

Through its integration with EInvoicing, the module generates the electronic invoice in CII or Factur-X format and transmits it to the configured approved platform. The official readable PDF returned by the platform is then sent to the customer by email.

Designed for sales to French businesses with a valid SIRET number, TakePOS Digital Invoice reduces administrative work while allowing customers to complete their billing information after checkout.

Key Features:

• QR code on receipts: Add a unique invoice-request link to TakePOS browser receipts and compatible ESC/POS receipts, with a customizable accompanying message.

• Simple customer access: Customers scan their receipt and complete a public form from their phone, without creating a user account.

• Company verification: Check the French SIRET number, establishment activity and consistency of the company name and address using the official French company-search service.

• Email confirmation: Verify the customer's email address with a secure, single-use link. Optional Verifalia integration adds email deliverability checks.

• Automatic customer identification: Reuse an existing customer based on their SIRET number or create a new customer when necessary, helping prevent duplicate records.

• EInvoicing integration: Generate CII or Factur-X invoices and transmit them through the approved platform configured in the EInvoicing module.

• Official PDF delivery: Automatically retrieve the readable invoice provided by the platform and send it to the confirmed email address.

• Centralized monitoring: View requests in Dolibarr, filter them by customer or status and follow processing details from the invoice card.

• Recovery tools: Retry failed requests or cancel pending requests. Previously transmitted invoices reuse their existing platform flow to avoid duplicate submissions.

• Configurable controls: Set public-link validity, confirmation deadlines, submission limits, user permissions and request-retention periods.
