FEFO Picking Pro

FEFO Picking Pro adds structured First-Expiry-First-Out warehouse picking to Dolibarr for products managed by lot or batch.

The module helps warehouse operators select the correct lots according to expiry date, preview how the requested quantity will be split across eligible lots, and create traceable picking sessions before stock is changed.

Typical workflow

Warehouse → Scan or enter product → FEFO preview → Create Draft session → Live validation → Finalize Picking → Stock movements

If stock, expiry or BatchSafe eligibility changes after the Draft is created, Finalize is blocked and the user must create a new FEFO preview.
