Documentation module frais Stripe Dolibarr

Automatically reconciles Stripe payments, fees, refunds and payouts with Dolibarr accounting

Reconciles real Stripe movements — per-transaction and subscription/service fees, refunds, disputes (chargebacks) and payouts — with Dolibarr's Stripe intermediary financial account, and automatically generates the missing entries or bank movements. This module is complementary to the official Stripe module: it never creates payments, invoices, checkout sessions or payment webhooks. It only reads the Stripe API and posts the accounting entries the official module doesn't cover.

 

Main Features:

  • Synchronisation automatique via l'API Stripe des frais, remboursements, litiges (chargebacks) et virements (payouts), avec idempotence garantie (aucun doublon même en cas de relances multiples).
  • Génération automatique des écritures comptables manquantes ou des mouvements bancaires différés pour les frais, abonnements et virements, à finaliser via le bouton natif Dolibarr « Transférer en comptabilité ».
  • Gestion de la TVA sur les frais Stripe : aucune TVA, TVA française ou autoliquidation intracommunautaire (écritures symétriques à impact net nul).
  • Import CSV pour les comptes Stripe non reliés à l'API (ex. autre boutique), depuis l'export Stripe « Historique général ».
  • Tableau de bord : solde Stripe, transactions non rapprochées, frais du mois, virements en attente et bouton « Synchroniser maintenant ».
  • Liste des transactions au format natif Dolibarr : colonnes configurables, tri, filtres et infobulles (TVA sur frais, identifiants Stripe, détails).
