ComptaPortal — Secure accountant portal for Dolibarr

ComptaPortal gives your accountant secure, strictly controlled access to your sales and purchase invoices without opening the internal Dolibarr interface. Named invitation, search, download, ZIP export, e-mail delivery and a retrieval API for their accounting software.

What the module does

• Named invitation: from the Accounting menu, invite your accountant by e-mail (temporary link) and tick exactly which rights they get: customer invoices, supplier invoices, download, e-mail, API.
• Dedicated account and authentication: the accountant creates their own account (strong password, 12 characters minimum), with lockout after failed attempts and session expiry on inactivity. The portal is always authenticated: the invitation link only serves to create the account.
• Document search: filters by period, source (sales/purchases), type (invoice, credit note, deposit, situation invoice), third party and transmission status.
• Document retrieval: individual PDF download (Factur-X variant when available), ZIP export with a CSV manifest, or delivery of the archive by e-mail to one or several recipients.
• Read-only API: the accounting software retrieves invoices automatically via revocable Bearer tokens with limited scopes and an hourly quota.
• Traceability: transmission log (download, e-mail, API) and security log (no IP address stored in clear).

Positioning

ComptaPortal exposes the files already produced and stored by Dolibarr. It does not replace an approved e-invoicing platform; Factur-X generation remains handled by Dolibarr or by the generation module installed on your instance.
