LemonSuperPDP, the transport of your electronic invoices through SUPER PDP

LemonFacturX produces the format (PDF/A-3 + EN16931 XML). LemonSuperPDP handles the transport, both ways, through the SUPER PDP certified platform (https://www.superpdp.tech): sending your customer invoices, receiving your supplier invoices, tracking the lifecycle and handling B2C e-reporting. All inside Dolibarr, with no re-keying.

Sending (customer invoices)

• "Send via SUPER PDP" button on the invoice, plus bulk sending from the list.
• Directory pre-check before each send: confirms the recipient has an active electronic address (clear message instead of a cryptic rejection).
• Lifecycle tracking in the "Electronic invoicing" tab: submitted, accepted, rejected, paid.
• fr:212 status (paid) sent automatically when the invoice is paid.

Receiving (supplier invoices)

• Platform polling, plus manual import of a Factur-X/XML received outside the platform.
• Automatic third-party matching by SIREN/SIRET, supplier invoice created as a draft (never auto-validated), with lines, discounts and the original file attached.
• "Received Factur-X" screen with a quarantine for unknown third parties or foreign currencies.
• Buyer lifecycle: Approve (fr:206) / Reject (fr:210), and Payment sent (fr:209) automatically on payment.

B2C e-reporting

• Invoices to non-VAT-registered parties (individuals, associations) are queued and sent in batches to SUPER PDP, which aggregates and reports to the PPF.
• Queue tracking screen with re-send of rejected transactions.

Security and consistency

• OAuth 2.1 (client_credentials) authentication with automatic token refresh, secrets encrypted at rest.
• Consistency check between the Dolibarr SIREN and the OAuth application SIREN (a mismatch makes the platform reject invoices).
• Configuration page with a connection test and full diagnostic.

Requirements

• LemonFacturX module enabled (strict dependency).
• A SUPER PDP account with an OAuth application (https://www.superpdp.tech).

Please note: a SUPER PDP account (https://www.superpdp.tech) is required. Lemon has no affiliation with SUPER PDP — we chose them simply because they currently offer the cheapest API fees on the market.
