  • Label designer for Dolibarr

Draw your labels exactly the way you want them, then print a whole sheet of them from any list in Dolibarr. The label is drawn to scale, at the size it will leave the printer: you drag pieces onto it with the mouse, pull their corners to resize them, and nudge them a quarter of a millimetre at a time with the arrow keys.

What problem does this module solve?
Dolibarr allows data export through technical tools or complex configurations. Exportación Pro simplifies this process by allowing users to export data directly from system lists using configurable templates while respecting active filters.

🧾 Supported lists
  • Customer and supplier invoices
  • Customer and supplier proposals
  • Customer and supplier orders
  • Third parties
  • Products and services
  • Shipments and receptions
⚙️ Visual template editor
  • Select fields using checkboxes
  • Fields grouped by categories
  • Reorder columns with up/down arrows
  • Choose Excel or CSV output format
  • Reusable export templates

Extrafields support
The module automatically detects Dolibarr extrafields for each object type and makes them available as exportable fields inside templates.

Professional Excel files
Generated Excel files include styled headers, autofilters on all columns, automatic column width adjustment and proper numeric formatting for amounts.

Optimized for large datasets
CSV files are streamed row by row directly to the browser without storing all data in memory. This allows exporting hundreds of thousands of records safely without memory errors.

Security
Includes protection against Excel formula injection, filename sanitization, field validation against a whitelist and permission checks before generating SQL queries.

Granular permissions
Five independent permissions control who can export data, create templates, delete templates or view templates created by other users.

Compatibility
Dolibarr: 19.0 to 23.x
PHP: 7.4 or higher
Dependencies: none external (uses PhpSpreadsheet included in Dolibarr)
Support: 12 months included
